Bunny lipstick on the collar?

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

She bit my finger this morning because I have a band-aid on , she doesn't like them. lol

Quite the picky princess!

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

And quite the diva, too!

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

OMG! There will be hundreds of them soon! Any way to get them "fixed"?

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Too many predators for it to reach 100.....I worry about these guys already. Hawk got a bird right in front of me this morning...it's a matter of time.

Fairfield County, CT(Zone 6b)

I know, that "circle of life" thing. Sigh.

Happy Jack, AZ(Zone 5a)

Yes, rabbits can be 'fixed.' And it is a very good idea. Pardon for butting in on your forum, but we raised rabbits when I was a young girl and then again after I got married. We had 5 acres, a mile from the nearest neighbor, and we finally had to turn a few out. Bad move, they tunneled under the house and multiplied like, aah rabbits. ^_^ So, near Easter, we put an ad in the local paper. People showed up in droves and caught all the Easter Bunnies, FINALLY!

Sophie most likely will not enjoy another bunny in HER house! I hope you never have to witness a rabbit fight, it ain't pretty! Their hind claws can disembowel a cat, dog or other critter their size.

Are you sure Sophie is a doe? If she starts pulling fur out from under her chin to make a nest, it's a doe. I don't know how big she really is now, but the bucks are almost always larger than the does. Whatever you are doing for Sophie, it must be right, as she is a real beauty! Congrats!

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Yes, Sophie is a doe, she is nesting as I type this. I had a Satin Dwarf Rex named Annie for 7 years, she was a rescue also.

Roadtrip to Maine to kidnap the baby bunnies. Who is in? If my 12 year old could drive, she would be there now. Of course, the addition of a bunny might wake up this crew:

I'd love one, but three cats are enough for me!

North Augusta, ON

I'd love one too...but I have 7 cats...every once in a while I have to stop and think how many cats, sometimes I still count Patches...especially at bedtime when we close the front porch off, I have to take a head count to make sure nobody gets locked out there.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I do the same with my kids. They always seem to make it in before I lock up.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Sophie gets along with all 4 dogs and the cat. ^_^

Thomaston, CT

My grandkids would love a bunny, but my DIL & son would kill me, I'm sure! They just got fish for them, & also put in a few bee hives for the blueberries---

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Awwwwwwww a gaggle of cutieputootie baby bunbuns. Sleepy, Sneezy; Dopey, Doc, Happy, Bashful, and Grumpy. Maybe Auntie Sophie is cranky cuz she doesn't have her own baby bunbuns? Is there a studmuffin bun out in your garden that might mate with Sophie Pixie? Of course she is going to have to lose the cranky, biting thing or she will get dumped.

Halifax, MA(Zone 6a)

Those baby bun-buns are sooooo adorable! I just love them! Almost makes me wish I could have one, but not quite. LOL!

This little guy is kinda of shy......and yes he's a boy. He's already rubbing his chin on certain things in his surrounds, marking his territory.

See those cinder /cement block in the background? Thats what they play in, like little tunnels they pop thru to the other side. They run and do this little kick with their heels....it's cute as heck to watch them!!

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

They look like they're growing fast to me too. Must be all the delicious treats they are getting.

Thomaston, CT
