At what time are we supposed to see Lulin ....

I thought I read it was over Boston at 10pm yesterday? or was that the day before?

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I was too tired to stay up last night, went out at 5:45 am for my daily walk but didn't see it. Don't know if you needed a telescope or not. It was probably too late by then anyway.

Buffalo, NY(Zone 6a)

Should be a clear night in these here parts for Lulin viewing.

Low 17ºF

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

No that time was perfect, Deb. Supposedly you could see it either with the naked eye or with binoculars.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

I was just out, clear, but I don't see anything. Too early?

Look low in the sky to the south east in the constellation Leo .... you should see it between Saturn and Regulus

South Hamilton, MA

One of life's sorrows was Halley's comet. If they could see it by eye in 1066, why did we have to use binnoculars & look where we were told it should be. Even then it just looked like a pulsing light.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

20 out now... going up to 40

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Was at 0 earlier so we are warming up some....
