Morning All and Happy Valentines Day,

I got Rick a heart shaped tin with Dale Earnhadt Jr on it beings tomarrow is DAYTONA 500!!!!!!!! I love Nascar, but I can't sit all day and watch it. But I now have a tv in my hobby room so I can do both hee hee And I also made him a heart shaped candle with his favorite scent Fresh Cut Roses. I think we are going out to dinner for a nice steak. ^_^

Betty, thank you for the card! I got a box of chocolates and a very nice card from Dave. I need to go to the grocery store and talk them into giving me one more prescription until I get to the dr on Wednesday. I put myself in a pickle again, I do this every year then get mad at myself and say, "Next year I'm going to call the dr earlier!" Do I? NO!

We ended up going out for a couple of hours last night, had a blast! We went to visit Josh, our favorite DJ, and a bunch of his friends, who we know also, were there, and the rest of the place was dead, so we pretty much took over the whole place. It's a pretty big place!

OMG! I HAVE HAD THE BEST VALENTINES DAY! I got two blocks from my black and white swap and two blocks from my Winter block swap and then this wonderful big box from my thoughtful Maid Marion! She sent me a whole box full of quilting magazines that I will be reading and mulling over until this time next year! Then she sent me an key chain with a little LCD light. How did she know I have a dark alcove to go through to get to my door and never can find the hole for the key? A cute little heart to hold my purse and the bestest of all...tea bags (yes, I am an avid tea drinker) for the gardener. They are from Bag Lady and each tea bag has a humerous saying on the tag. I may have to have tea every 10 min. just to read all the cute sayings.
Thank you , thank you, Marion for the wonderful magic box. I will think of your kindness every time I open my door or pick up a magazine or have a cuppa!

Sorry I have been MIA.. Crazy couple of days and we are still rolling with the punches..

Hugs to everyone.. Even that other cute puppy I saw.. Bella is curled up on the floor at my feet today.. Its been raining off and on all day so she isnt real fond of going outside to play much unless the sun is shining and the rain has stopped..

Max is fighting a bad toothache, but mom brought up some antibiotics and pain killers until he can get into the dentist again.. He has 2 teeth that need to be removed.. Dentist says he wants to pull the rest and give him dentures which would e great but the ocst is a bit much and the school saround here are hard to get into..

Luara I recieved my package and will post later in the 7 item swap area.. Poor lil birdys feet broke in shipping..

Anyway off to check on Max I think hes stirring and may need another pill..

lol i had to find something to wrap some of the things in, then thought school bus, yellow so added them. How did you like the packing material I used. The key chain came from Europe also. The doll needs a roll of toilet paper or a glass jar filled with potpourri stuff. Mom made that one. Glad you liked it.

I loved the packing material LOL..used some under the doll for the picture and the towels are great too can use some new ones yellow goes good with blue dishes ...ROFL

I didnt have anything else lol told my daughter hey wait yea i do she was like MOM that is for quilts, told her those were scraps.

Kim, glad to see you not writhing in pain with your tooth, but doing something that I need to be doing too.. like clean up the gh/nursery area! You sure do have a lot of plants. I don't think I can set up a rack of African Violets as my cats are too curious.

Deborah, that was why Kel chose that place.. the cheese biscuits!
When we got there, the parking lot was so full, that the only place left to park was on the roof!!! So, we headed to Olive Garden, and it was the same, and that included Carrabas :( with long waiting lines outside.
Do couples only eat out on V-Day??
But, all is not lost. We ended up at one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. There were blue point crabs, steamed mussels and roast duck on the buffet. Kel's contented cause there were also roast beef and pizza :D

Did you do something special for Larry, Deborah?

I fixed him 2 turkey sandiwiches baked chips and three slices of Kosher dill pickles. And I told him I loved him and happy Valentines day. He gave me a balloon. It was so sweet. Kally loves the balloon and hasn't popped it yet. It stands up on a weighted string.

Nephew has arrived....Left them with Casserole, veggies, salad and Chocolate Cake....
Mom is doing great today!!! Aaron is spending the night so she will have company while I am at church tonight and the bike ride tomorrow. I am tired...and so happy to stay home tonight.

DH got me a big heart shaped container of Strawberries (my favorite) with cream cheese fruit dip...I have dinner, a fire and a bottle of wine when I get home....maybe we can relax for awhile.

Let Miss Cariol take care of them Jaye. LOL
