We went to Gejas (pronounce gay ha s)... Wonderful place.
We had Wine that was wonderful. I don't care for red wine but thought i would try it and wow!
We had a four course meal. Starting with salad
then crackers and fruit and breads in foundu melted cheese.

Then Steve had scallops and shrimp...
I had 2 ea. lobster chuncks, shrimp, chicken and tenderloin!!

for desert, OMG CHOCOLATE!!! with Strawberries, cookies and apples!
to die for.

We got home very late...LOL been running ever since.

So my goodness...Today, made my first ever..tiny rag quilt. heheh, and I mean tiny!

I would suggest a harness for Mocha...prevent small dogs from being choked. I make my own dresses for Lola (aka "Oh No!") and sew a tab on top, and it acts like a harness. Got Lola trained in no time, but then, she's a smart one!!! Lol!

Me too ladies.. not doing anything special for V., he's always doing sweet stuffs 365 days anyway!!

Stacey, our next fur baby will be from one of the many shelters around here. There's an over abundance of animals that need a home.. especially in 'snowbirds' counties :( I darn told Kel that he would have to pick one for me, cause I know I would want to bring all of them home.

Came in to lurk, very busy day and I'm tired, Dave just woke up and I think he wants to go out. I think we should stay in and get some rest then go out tomorrow night, his friend from work is in Hot Springs this whole weekend and him and his wife want to go out with us tomorrow night anyway.

Mama Jaye,that is what i was going to do is buy her a harness,when it got time.

Lola is so cute.I like her dress.

I saw so at petco today but they would all fell off of her.LOL!!!I will have to wait.

Well Rob said he would not hold her after he took a shower,but guess what it is holding her.That is how spoiled she is already.Think God for playpens because she poops like crazy.So i will be buying those pee pads like they are going out of style.Can't wait until she gets that 3rd set of shots so she can go outside.If everyone is wrondering why i'm not taking her out to use the bathroom is because until she has her 3rd set of shots she would be more prone to get parvo.So she use it in the play pen and then i trash the pads and put more down.

By the way ladies,this is what my Mocha is doing now.

Awww..........and she's not spoiled on her first day, I'm sure! Knowing you and Rob, she'll be eating the right puppy food.

YEAAAAAAAAAA for the 1st time mailing everything arrived. I mailed 3 packages out and they all got to the right place right on time. I think putting on a delivery confirmation helped.

The statue came from Rome. I was there last march, The jewlery came from France or Switzerland, mom was there last October.

Tante-I have been looking at a rescue site for my next pug:) WE did get Ruby from a breeder, a very nice older couple that were going to allow the mama to have 3 litters and that was all-and they only sold them for $300 each which even 8 yrs ago was a heck of a deal-most we looked at were $500 +......

Well work is done now until Tuesday... Work went by pretty good and I only got beat up a little ...LOL Yesterday was a recoup day for me... So I am checking in with you all today...
Well got some packages this week and one was from LK.... What a nice surprise... She sent me 3 different colored Angel trumpets and one very cut knome... he is blowing kisses...
I love the pictures of all the dogs... To cute... I agree about the harness as not only is it better for there neck but if you are walking you little one and a big dog comes running fast to you it is easy just to pull your little one up with the harness... also collars on little dogs can mean death if you have cabinets that have open handles on them they jump near them and there collar gets caught on the handle and your not home or out side they choke to death by breaking there necks.. I have seen this 2 times with little dogs where I work....
Ok going to play most of the day I believe with my plants...

Well, yesterday I had a decently busy day. Did the laundry and dishes, cleaned out the fridge and sanitized it, cleaned out 1/2 the cupboards and the drawers, and cleaned out our lazy susan which took forever-that is where we keep all or our cooking/baking stuffies and Oh my were they all dirty and the lazy susan itself-one of those corner ones in the cabinet!! Spring cleaning always grosses me out-you never realize how dirty things are-you don't see little crumbs and such on a daily basis, but my oh my, when you look at your dishrag afterwards, it is a little grodie!! Today is going to be a me day, then tomorrow I will clean out the pantry, and finish the other 1/2 of the kitchen cabinets and drawers:) Fun times!!LOL

And just to let you all know tht Stacey will be coming to my house to do Spring house cleaning after she finishes her house. You see I am too busy doing quilt blocks to even think about cleaning so she has graciously volunteered to take care of all that for me.

We got something like 4" snow last night and it is still coming down. Light fluffy stuff, but still snow. I think this is a good day to stay at home and sew quilt blocks!

We only have like 2"-supposed to stop about noon.....still-good day not to go out-I do need to walk down to the mailbox though...UGH!!

Cody, Mocha is the cutest! How much does she weigh?

Good job on the rag quilt, Judy. It's about Mocha size! I'm sure Cedric is very proud of it. Your dinner sounds wonderful. DH and I didn't plan on dinner last night but ended up at a Mexican restaurant. I had steak and shrimp with beans and rice and a couple of margheritas.

Woody and Holli are both Labrador Retrievers. The first thing Holli does when she comes in the house is pick up something in her mouth and walk around with it. I gave her DH's valentine card when she came in from her morning 'potty' and she immediately took it in her mouth. Woody has a habit of taking whatever she has away from her .... so, of course, he did. They were both so excited to go wake up their dadder and Woody was great - took the card right to him. It was a little wrinkled up, but that was ok. They gave him a box of chocolates and a card. I gave him a card and 'The Calligrapher's Bible' and some parchment paper.
