Hi Lynn........I was so excited when I realized that I had kept a leaf of Deep Dark Secret and now I have her back again!

This is Margaret and when she first started to bloom, I didn't get a thrill, but she is growing on me.

She's a beauty too and so is Georgette.I know everyone loves pink, but I'm picky with that color.I am partial to red, yellow, orange and some shades of purple.I love deep dark colors and dark or variegated foliage.

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

I agree with you, Lynn about being partial to the oranges and apricots.........they are hard to find.........

These blooms are giant and so is the plant on Pink Russian.

Blue leyla is outstanding! Gail, How's your new camera with color accuracy?

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

I don't know yet. I don't think it takes as good of pictures.......but who am I to say. IT should be taking the same exact pictures?????????

The computer tech asked me to try taking some with the flash turned off, but I haven't figured out yet (never knew on the other camera) how to turn the flash off.......right now it is set on automatic.......

I particularly want to take a picture of Raspberry Velvet in natural light and see if I can capture her true color, but most of these are the true colors as the plant blooms.

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Interesting--whenever I use my flash, the color washes out, almost completely. I've gotton a lot better at getting the colors, but it is still not always 100% accurate. Wish I had a computer tech guy! sigh....

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

The color washes out on me, too , with a flash if I have all the lights on..............turn the bright lights off and shoot in the dark (LOL)

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Can't stop myself!.............................................................................................................................................................................................................

Everything I do is a shot in the dark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
