The sun reached a maximum height of about 34.3 degrees in the sky. On winter solstice, it was only 25.34 degrees so we're making progress!! Sunrise was 6:58 and sunset 5:23.

That New Zealand town is great, Victor! What a sight those stars are! Reminds me of the time I was driving in northern Arizona in the mountains, somewhere between Sedona and Flagstaff. I looked up and could see the Milky Way. I'll never forget how beautiful that was. Can't see that sight here.
Today was only in the 30's but sunny. Yesterday was great, in the 50's. We got a lot of melting. I hope we get more days like that soon. Sounds like Wednesday will be great!
