Lingernot/Staynot Gladomeer ۞in Iowa! (#10)

Kingman, AZ(Zone 7a)

hummm must find recipie, and maybe since he will be in the wild west, he might like to try some prickley pear juice....

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

I've learned so much from Lingernot's travels. Now I have discovered Gnome Tea. Prickley pear juice sounds good, I'll bet he will like it. Can't wait for him to start his fun in Kingman.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

I never heard of prickly pear juice! Cool! I'd like to try it too!

The goat hasn't had her baby yet but she is REALLY close because her udder is huge and she is waddling around like she could burst at any moment. I expect in the next week or so...

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Prickley pear juice humm well maybe you add a little to the gnome tea for a treat. Listen cause I can only tell you MissJ. The gnome tea is special. You have to hold the little jug over your head and turn around and around and sing little gnome tea little gnome tea fill the jug little gnome tea fairy.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Pics please makshi so we know how to do it properly.

Kingman, AZ(Zone 7a)

Yes Makshi, Pictures are needed so I know I am doing it right please..

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

MissJ no pictures but all you have to do is hold the bottle over you head and dance in circles and sing about gnome tea.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

*giggle*

Kingman, AZ(Zone 7a)

Cmoxon, are you giggleing cause no one had the camera when you were doing it?

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Precisely, and thank goodness, because I just hate it when I get my picture taken doing something silly looking! Of course, it was all for a good cause!

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Do you need a little jug or can you use your teapot?

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

He comes with his own special tea bottle.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

But I don't have a special tea bottle and I want to have gnome tea.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

You'll have to have a word with the local gnome population. I'm sure they can hook you up if you show them that you can do the song and dance part.-

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

When you find out about this tea and the dance let us know about it. I have a few gnomes and I'm sure they would enjoy a "spot of tea". I just had some herbel raspberry tea, but I'm sure it has nothing to do with gnomes.

Eugene, OR

ROFL

Safe journey Lingernot. More surprises await. Oh boy!!

Can't wait to see the babies.

oh dahlianut can most certainly do the song and dance part, the gnomes will adopt her & keep her if she isn't careful

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Well I tried it with a teapot and it didn't work sigh. I shall enlist the help of my winter fairys. They know about these things.

(Pegi) Norwalk, CA(Zone 10b)

On the lookout for a gnome thermos and gnome tea. Is there a special song to sing or should I make one up myself about the tea?

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I sang "little gnome tea little gnome tea fill the jug little gnome tea fairy" and then tried 'Tea for Two'. Then I tried 'I'm a Little Teapot' which is my Queen Siam basil's fav growing song. I'm wondering if it will work with with a handpainted watering can rather than a teapot because that seems more gnomish. My winter fairys scoofed at gnome tea. They drink vodka.

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

That's because they are Canadian, and require serious sustenance to make it through the winter.

The gnome tea must be brewed in a very small container.

Kingman, AZ(Zone 7a)

I have a small coffee pot here ready for him, as we like our coffee strong over the camp fire. I thnk he will find his dishes to his liking as well, they fit into the old west and can be stored in saddle bags and wont break....
He can use this to brew hot water over the camp fire if he does not want to try our coffee..
Yep it is the tim ware, Red and White.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Campfires and horses. This is going to be way too much fun!

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

dahlia did you cross your eyes and stick out your tongue?

Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

LOL makshi.

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

I have a thousand of them. :)

Tell you all a little secret Gnome Tea is in the eye of the beholder. It looks like Lingernot is going to have Gnome Coffee another of my favorites.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

I'm now leaning towards Gnome Vodka. The winter fairys are very convincing (hic).

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

dahlia noooooooooo vodka it will make you see lots of gnomes and fairys with devil eyes and horns.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

EEEK!!!! Maybe it wasn't a winter fairy that I was speaking to but the ICE QUEEN :O :O

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Sounds like you should be leaning toward something dahlia!!!

Eugene, OR

ROFLMAO!!!

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

I worry about some of us.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

Surely not moi makshi ^_^

Noblesville, IN(Zone 5a)

Dahlia noooooooo not you. Please don't go out alone.

Calgary, AB(Zone 3a)

No worries makshi. My REAL winter fairys will protect me from the wicked Ice Queen.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Looks like the line on the right are the ones that haven't had their turn! LOL!

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

Yup! They're the grubby ones! They all do take turns. But then they have this habit of sleeping in the same area every night where they poop and stuff. It's weird. And of course they get dirty. Silly ducks!

Whiteside County, IL(Zone 5a)

oh, i want ducks!!!!

Oxford, NS(Zone 5b)

They are very cute, very noisy, and very messy. But they do lay nice large eggs (eventually) and they make me laugh, so the noise and mess are worth it!
