just a small sample...
Daily Pics Vol. 174
Starlings are terrible pests here in apple country. And there are thousands at times.
Have never seen a Northern Cardinal , don't think they are this far west.
Jim, sure can see the Eagles bald ???, should say white head. there are quite a few of them around here cleaning up Road Kill. Good shot of the Cormorant, I presume it was on K.Lake.

Nice shots guys! After the Starlings left for the last time a Carolina Wren came to the feeder taking peanut halves. Just before it became dark I counted 10 White-throated Sparrows and the same amount of Cardinals (mainly females).
Rutholive..............The Cormorant was on the Klamath River a few miles upstream from my house. This is a favorite spot of theirs. I see one here quite often.
Have plenty of Starlings here too. and Mourning Doves, never had as many the other years, as I have this year.
Love how you've captured the colors of the Starlings Pelle and Nanny.
The Pine Siskens, we not around much last winter, but this winter I'm seeing a lot, mixed in with the Redpolls. The Goldfinches have left, when it started to turn bitterly cold.
Some Pine Siskens with the Redpolls.
Nice photos of the Pine Grosbeak, burn. Nice Cardinal, GrannyGrunt. How are things in Mount Pleasant Mills ?
Starlings are like vultures with radar. My birdseed disappears in no time when they start to come in and it's no room for other birds. They do have some nice iridescent colors but are a nuisance to me.
Great pictures, everyone. Here is one of my constant backyard visitors - the Blue Jay.
Thank you for all of your posts and photos. We're moving on to a new thread ........
