Sorry I didnt make it back yesterday ended up napping, cleaning the house and doing laundry. To top my day off I forgot it was early release and Tristen called me from the office.. She said ommy you forgot me.. I ran on foot half way to he school before I almost fell over then walked a fast pace teh rest of the way.. I was exhasted and Tristen wanted a piggy back ride home.. Max got home at 4 then went back in at 7, back home at 1030 hen back in this morning at 6.. Luckily I have the truck this morning since its only 25 degrees outside... BUUURRRR

Don calls at 6:30, and I wasn't up yet... the alarm didn't go off.
Poor Mike... threw his clothes on, I handed him breakfast and lunch money, and he ran out the door to catch the bus...
I've GOT to buy me an alarm that I know how to work, and that I can actually hear... Don's alarm (even when it's set right) doesn't even wake me up.

Im sure Mike knows how running late feels dont frett to much about it.. I have an alarm I can sleep through and then I set the one on my phone just in case Im not up.. But even with that from time to time I still sleep right through them.. At that point normally Tony knocks onmy door to get me up and I usually fall out of the bed when I hear him at the door...lol

Donna, I think I'm just not a morning person anymore... I never used to do this when I had kids in school... maybe I'm just out of practice...

I ave never been a morning person by far I would rather stay up all night and sleep during the day.. I guess I should be a vampire...lol I think it will be fine you just need to get back in the habit..

Well Im off to sit at the bus stop with Tony so his doesnt freeze his toes off then to walmart to pick up the book I have been wanting to get to..

Bj-get an alarm and put it away from you on the highest setting of the most annoying sound it has....and get Mike his own alarm so if yours doesn't go off, his will and he can come pounding on your door to wake you up...he is old enough to be responsible....

Mike has an alarm in his room... and I'm using Don's alarm that has two alarms, can set it for two settings... and it's on his side of the bed, so I have to actually crawl over to turn it off. HOWEVER... neither alarm went off this morning... so, I'm going to test them both this morning... right after another cup of coffee... then, I'm off to Walmart to buy an alarm clock if I can't get them to work.

I got an email from Mike's mom... she said Mike had seen "The Sound of Music" when he was very young... he just didn't remember it.

my hands and feet were too swollen yesterday to use them. i promise pics. today.
the hurricane still blows severly(my aching bones :) )
daughter and SIL are here with me. it is he77 around this place.

It is a RAINING here yea!!!!! Not so cold, and everythings getting a fresh drink of water.I'm going to wait until noon Kathy's time and if she doesn't post then I will post a pix of the things I made her.

Kathy, did you call your Dr, and tell him about the swelling? Are you taking anything for it? Please take care. We don't need anymore Sistah's going AWOL on us. Has anyone heard from JOJO? Does anyone live close enough, they can take a short drive to check on her? Sorry, just worried about everyone.

I will be lurking today when I can. I need to pack and get ready for my flight in the morning. I have to take our dog to the vet for his shots, then tot he kennel for the night. I don't like to take him there, but he is not a traveling kind of dog. When we do take him with, we can not leave him in the hotel room, because he has seperation anxiety, and he will scratch or chew, or pee on anything he can! We found that out the hard way. When we first got him, I left him in the houseo ne day to go and get groceries, and when I got back home he chewed the sofa pillows, my bed pillows, and the living room rug. Next time he chewed his way through the screen on the window, and was sitting in the front yard when I got home. So now he goes out on a chain if I go shopping, or on a trip he goes tot he kennel. What a dog. I think we need the dog whisperer! LOL
Ladies, be good, wish me luck on the flight that I don't get stranded with bad weather somewhere.

dr. said take benedryl. it will take a few days to get it out of my system. ssaid i'll have flu like symptoms, and she's right.
the hurricane flipped her 4 wheeler over backwards on top of herself. took me forever to hobble too her, so it's a good thing she was laughing

LK as long as the kennel is a good one that you trust. My mom always uses a kennel when she goes traveling. I would, but it's a little more difficult with a cat, especially one who is as drama as she is. I just have my next door neighbor feed her and give her medicine.

Well, the start to my day here at work. Have lots to do so I'll be on later this evening.

Okay I made it back from wally world and only spent $20..LOL Normally I call it the $100 store... The sun is out and the frost of going away slowly.. I will be amazed if we all dont end up wit hthe flu since its supposed to be so warm on saturday..

Lk have a safe flight and a wonderful trip.. Im no help on kennels we normally leave Dusty with my mom but Im not sure what we will do now with the new puppy comming. I dont think she could handle having them both but then again we are not planning any trips anytime soon either..

Whenever we go camping the dogs go with us. In the past when we had to go out of town Rick's daughter would come and stay. But the last time she did she made a HUGE mess and left it for me to clean up. So no more her staying here when we are gone.

ok, cindy made me a chalk board out of a cookie sheet, a doll that holds plastic bags, a towel to hang over the oven door, 3 wooden magnets, a wall hanging, and an apple candle. thank you so much cindy.
