Oh thats Sophie!! She stomps at Brian when he does something she doesn't like!!!!!
Sophie's Saga....The Journey Continues
My wife too...
ha ha ha
Great website! It was sill dark--drapes drawn--very quiet. I live where there is a large feral cat community--It wouldn't be the first time one came to visit.
That is a great web site.thank you so much!! I've learned alot already, now DH wants to read it.
OK, so no where does it state.in that good read that Brian shouldn't pick up other bunnies. Well, he shouldn't....not without changing first and washing if necessary. He picked up Bubble's today and brought her in for a few to warm up, then he let her go back out. Later he went and got Sophie out of her cage to give her lettuce and have her free run time. Brian had the same shirt on and Sophie not only bit him, but peed on his shirt in the exact spot he had held Bubbles!
I was laughing so hard at the look on his face I almost peed mine! He was mortified and bewildered all at the same time!!!!
I wonder if he still thinks she's V.S. model perfect? LOL

Actually--I picked up that tip on another bunny forum, but as I only handle one bunny, didn't integrate the info--can't believe she bit him! I think her message was clear! Roflmao!
I got a good giggle.
No thumping this morning...guess I will never know for sure what it was about.
Must be a Saturday thing.
Perhaps...LOL
Too funny! Neighbors on either side of us had bunnies when we had our Irish wolfhound---Nora liked to look into their hutches---poor bunnies must have been shell-shocked! She never touched them, though. BUT---she loved the fields behind us--the farmer lived on the other side of town, & Nora helped herself to peaches & grapes---she would also eat all my gooseberries!
I am on constant look out when Tia (Black Lab) is near the blueberry bushes....she'll clean a bush in minutes!
The dogs like berries? I had a dachshund that liked oranges and bananas.
Yes she does! Tia likes mostly 'berries' not other fruit.
My Chinooks will eat most anything DH or I do. Jake won't do banana's , grapefriut or lemons. He loves apples, pears, strawberries, blackberries ect...
It is a shame you did not have a camera when Sophie made her opinion of Brian's being with another bun-bun abundantly clear. I can just see it now "dry cleaning to wash out urine stains --- $25.00, emergency room visit to treat bite wounds $250.00 -- look on Brian's face --- priceless! "
Oh, that's really funny! How nice that Bubbles has become so "friendly" with Brian that he could bring her inside. Very cool! Suck it up, Soph!!!!! LOL
That is way too funny. Sophie was NOT amused LOL.
Brian learned a valuable lesson!
My Patches loves just about everything. She loves bananas and apples. I always give her my apple cores. I had a dog once that loved to eat tomato horn worms, which was fine with me. She would help me pick them off the tomato plants. They were a delicacy for her.

ewwwww!!
I second that ewwwwww! Sampson (Maine Coon) like saltines - really any crackers. He is sitting on my lap holding down my arm right now. He turned out to be a treasure even if he does scare the pet sitter a little because he is so big. LOL (It's the little cat that bites.)
Yank the bigger the better to hug!
I love big fat cats! We have 2 that are regulars at my low bird baths. They are so elegant in how they sip the water with such grace.
Too funny! We bought that shirt for DS one year when he was on meds that made him blow up.
I love the Maine Coons---such talkers, & great personalities---our Pip was half Coon--funny cat! My pointer eats almost everything, including Clementines, but my Irish Wolfie was unbelievable---ate all my alpine strawberies---would curl her lips back to get the gooseberries, & avoid the thorns--the only fruit she didn't like was grapefruit--she ate it, but never came back for more! How about Sophie? Do bunnies eat fruit? Was telling my son about Sophie & Bubbles, & he mentioned he had seen wild bunnies around the house on the coldest mornings---told him to throw some of the dog's kibble out for them.
She nibbles on apple slices now and them.
Columbus Lo-o-oves bananas! Another fave is lavender blossoms from the plant on my windowsill. Also nibbles apple slices, and occasional treats of dried fruits.
While on the subject of diet, if you can get your furbabies to eat fresh pinapple it is very good for them Has to be fresh though, not canned. In addition to the nutritional benefits there is an enzyme in fresh pinapple that helps break down vegatiative material. This helps prevent intestinal blockages. Learned this years ago when I used to have angora bunnies.
Oh--now I remember! Used to give my bunny papaya tabs for that very reason! Thanks for the reminder!
Funny about Columbus loving bananas. Elvis did, too, especially with peanut butter.

Cute. Any new Sophie pics, Celeste?
I'll post some later Victor, but yes!
Cool!
Columbus is too cute! Glad the bunnies eat fruit---I'll tell Garret to throw out apples for them.
