I don't want to distract from Tils thread, but just to let you know the tour of that other side of the pond has begun.

Tills- Such a wonderful tour! I loved it. You have so many wonderful ideas, I'm looking forward to more pictures when Spring arrives! I must say my absolute favorite is the wisteria in the cedar tree, that is going to be amazing when it blooms, WOW, what a vision it must be! All of your fur kids did a wonderful job leading us on the tour give them all a scratch for a job well done :0) The "tip jars" are darling, they would make wonderful bird feeders, you need a few of those in your yard!

Yes that Wisteria was a bad boo boo, that turn out pretty neat. Sometimes a bad call turns out right in a way.

Today while walking around with coffee cup in hand and taking notes on the what to do list.
I found this little guys, who I did not see last year. I had move the blubs from the back the year before, and I forgot where I put them. I thought I had lost them. I had put the wrong tags on the Daffs thought they where the irises.

This is what they looked like in 07, never saw them till now. I went back to old down loaded pics to find this one. Was so sad I did not see them last year. Was so happy to find them.

Beautiful blue! I can hardly wait for the grape hyacinths to bloom. I love that blue color.

Lovely tills. I think it was the coffee cup that helped find them, somehow slows us down a bit.

I agree Laurie, you can't hurry with a cup of coffee or tea in my case.

A cuppa ( any will do) And sunshine (right) will be food to the sole, and stop and smell the fresh air and find lost soles.

I have been planing my new to be area, while I have been ill. Looking out the window and so many ideas have popped in to my head. I have been reading all the treads, just have not responded much.
I have 2 areas one is totally new the other is a complete make over.

This is the new one, I hope you can read my marks, and you do not see the car or canopy. Or the rest of the junk, My plans for my Vac.this month.
I want a Variegated weigela to go next to my Ocean Spray. And I have close to 30 irises I want to plant in the area where the canopy is. And around the maple Dals, Days and grasses.

This is the other area to be reworked. This is outside my bedroom window, I look at every morning and think what can I do. Well, in the tread of the show from Pix. Gave me a plan. Hells, mondo grass and Carnex, plus some other things. How wonderful that would look like to see every morning. This area gets a little afternoon sun.

I have two varigated weigelia that I started off of mine. They are about 12' high and bloomed last year. You are welcome to them if you want. Then you will have to come out and pick up all your stuff.^_^

I am taking my vac. next month (march) not sure of the dates yet. Will let you know and I will drive out to see you, been a long time. Do I have anything you want ???

Can't think of anything right now. I also have all those hellebore seedlings too. If you think I will want something, bring it out. I have room for small things.

Those are great new areas you have planned. I like how you drew on the picture to show us what you are thinking about. I am also thinking about what to plant in the places I can see from the windows of the house.

I'm all better now, that was a bad virus wouldn't wish that even on my enemies. I hope no one gets it. 3 of us here did.

Rach, was thinking of hostas too, not sure they would like it there. It does get the hot afternoon sun on the other side of the tree. Have to look in to which hosta will work. Thanks

Tills, you're in good company - I know several people who have been hit by this bug. I saw my neighbor today. She's healthy and in good shape, but she was out for a week and though she feels much better today, she was tired out by just a little work around the house.

My neighbor had it too. Big, strong, healthy guy.....said he wouldn't wish that on his worst enemy.

Today was my first day back at work, it was hard but did it. Still feel like a wet noodle. LOL

Carl came down with it last Monday he didn't feel back to himself until Saturday. Fingers crossed that I don't get it!

Please don't get it, Its not nice. Poor Carl. I has differant effects on each person. I was ill for 5 days and hubby to but he got got first.GD got it before him.

I'm going to be sure and take my vitamins just in case. Hand washing is supposed to be the best preventative. So my hands will probably be drier than ever. lol

I hate to say this but, this is air born.

Tils, I'm thinking that when I dig up my large hostas, to send them to Kalemm, I might as well take off a hunk for you. Are you off on Saturdays in March?

I am planing to take my Vac. (At lest I hope to) March 16th to the 24th. That would mean the 21st to your house.
When are you planing to ship? I wonder if he would like a iris? I think it is these, I found 2 small little rezones where I dug up the mother and moved her.

21st is the only Sat that serafyn said she wouldn't be home. But we can do our thing. Iwill be shipping this week. Hopfully they will get there before it gets to hot.

Now that sucks, When are you planing on going to her place?? maybe I can work something out, let me know.
If not no biggi, I may not get that week off. But if I do I what will be the best day for you, I have a present, for you. And I'm not tellin LOL
