Have a fun day, see ya all tonight. : )
Please be patient-I am updating my list today with the items peeps have tagged and so on......
Are there any people stating that they have petunia seeds like wave or million bells?
Maxine
Still, got afew minutes before class.
Thanks for posting the link Danita. Was racing to get out the door so I don't get stuck behind school bus after school bus. On a nice sunny day, don't mind starting and stopping every few feet, but when it cold and no heater it look out I coming straight through.
I believe there are Maxine. I had asked for a bunch of petunias, but have no problem if others want and need them having mine. Just don't remember who has them all right now.
Are you wanting to jump in the piggy swap Maxine? If so please send me dmail. : )
I think I remember reading recently that million bells doesn't grow from seeds (sterile -- propagated vegetatively)...
Anybody else for catnip (N. cataria)? I've got a bunch... :-)
Maxine, I saw petunias on Lala_Jane and LynnWiedman's lists....
..and pamsue is looking for lily seeds, I bet you've got a few of those available, LOL
hope you join us in the fun :-)
Critter right, I have million beel plants and they do not produce seed, cuttings it is for them.
Yep, wind, this is kitty-lovin' catnip! The bruised leaves have that "slightly" skunky scent.. Blake loved it, and Eliot seems to be developing a liking for it also. I've made a note to include it for you.
Fairy, I would really love to try your 'Alpine Blue' columbine... I can't resist a new-to-me columbine! Looks like that one is a short cutie-pie of a plant. :-)
Danita - I'll dmail you.....want to add Lobelia cardinalis 'Queen Victoria' please!
Wind - your beautiful picture attracted my piggie nose....do you have any Hollyhock creme de Casis left? Plus the mini pale blue morning glory since I'm getting the heavenly blue from you as well - you're a good salesman. :-)
Thanks Critter!
Critter, I'd love some catnip! Is this the one that grows like straight blades of grass? I have a cat that loves to wallor in it. LOL
Gemini, think I dead headed all of my lily seeds. After having a low of 13 this morning don't know if they would be viable? Do you know?
Maxine

gardenGus.... can I have some Swamp Milkweed?
This is the catnip that I have: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/79/
Since it reseeds for me, I'd say winter sowing should work well. Some grow it in a hanging basket or with a birdcage over it so the cats don't destroy the whole plant (the cats can get whatever grows out through the birdcage but can't trash the center of the plant).
OH -- what a pretty kitty!! I can't wait.
Critter - thanks for the great advice about a birdcage for the catnip!! Love it. :-)
~chele
Terese, you weren't wanting catnip, right? I think you were commenting on the "cat" on the milkweed but wanted to be sure...
A while back someone mentioned concern that they didn't have a lot of seeds in each pack, and I've kept forgetting to say that I really like that. Its nice to try smaller quantities of plants- both because of space, and its nice to see how well I'll do with them- if the results are good, I'll save lots of seed for next year!
I've always been fond of a "sampler platter" for my trough, lol.
May I have some catnip too? With 11 cats, it will come in handy instead of buying it all the time. I'm not sure the one I have is one they like. They never go around it. Of course maybe it's because the dogs and the horses chase them off all the time. HA!
I'm with you gemini. I only use a few seeds and then I don't have enough left for those who want fuller packs. So they sit around until someone wants just a few too. I usually try to tell everyone to give me smaller amounts.
I agree with you Gemini and Robyn. I'd rather grow a few each of a lot of different plant than a lot of one. My packs are more on the conservative side, but still contain enough to get a good number of plants.
Jill -- nope... sorry that was for the Caterpillar. I have cat allergies, so can't have'em.
So any Here Kitty, Kitty... is for "cats" on the MW;s. ;-)
Hi Pamsue,
I'd love to have these if possible please:
eggplant fairytale
zinnia zesty mix 07
zinnia swizzle cherry and ivory 08
Thanks much!
Danita
PamSue, if available, may I please try the 'Cherry & Ivory Swizzle' zinnias? Thanks!
Pansue - Am I too late for those zinnia swizzle cherry and ivory? Looks like we all like that one!
Yes, yes, yes on the smaller packets. That's why I still have so many to list....so many generous souls and me being such a waste-not-want-not type of person (my friends accuse me of living my former life in the depression era LOL.) You gotta know I can't just toss something if some one else can use it!
OH -- i am guilty of stuffin' the envelope ... well, on some things.
I figure that - if you get too much, you can share with a neighbor or friend.
or another swap.
My packets are small too, but enough for a medium sized garden (well to Dutch standards that is).
Pamsue,
Can I have the swizzle zinnia's too, if you have any left?
And your banana seeds would be most welcome too!
Terese, you'll never hear me complain about too many...snort snort...OINK OINK!
Yeah, no complaining about too many here either! :)
But no complaining about more conservative amounts either.
Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining. Just agreeing that I'm perfectly happy with the sampler platter too. LOL.
Hello Everyone:
I am a newbie to gardening and I just participated in the Summer Hill Seed Coop so I have a few seeds coming that I am willing to share. I will try to get my "have" list up asap. I am not even started good at looking thru the lists and i have almost given up completely on catching up with the want and chat thread.....

Thank you!
