AnjL...is the rosemary tree one of those ones you find in the Garden Center at the HD?? I think I know exactly what you are talking about, I wanted to pick one up for my front porch.
LMK if you need help with anyting else...lights, tree topper, anything. I've been there done that, Todd and I have been married for 6 years (actually he proposed to me on Christmas Eve 2001) and this will be our first year with an actual tree thats not the fake tabletop one..hee hee

Now that I got that out of my system, I found this link, thanks for the invitation. I will try and be good. Tammie, your information for beginners is wonderful. I tried to copy and paste it but was unable to do so and had to print out 32 pages for those two paragraphs but it will be worth it. Do you have any other information written out like that that I can tap into. If so, maybe you could put it all in one spot for people like me who need to print it out. I was going to make a file on the computer but I could not get it to move. Nothing is easy. I do want to learn how to propagate brugs in the worst way.

I am not as cranky today, one cup of coffee and a coke later I am now ready to head into town for supplies after I feed the flock. My poor Jack Russell, Barney, still has a problem and the bloodtests are going to send me to the poorhouse. His pancreas and liver are inflamed and we can not seem to get them to normal readings. He is 11 and I do not want to loose him. He is my best friend and constant companion. So I save all my trips to town for one time so I do not have to leave him too long too often. JB, when you right click, highlight and click COPY on something, a printer box will pop up. On it is the option to PRINT ALL, or PRINT SELECTED. Always check PRINT SELECTED and it will only print what you highlighted.

Just got off the phone with the Insurance Co....
On the way home last night the DH hit a big buck
at 70 mph...
Trucks still drivable but you should see the poor baby...I only saw it in the dark...
So I had to make arrangements for them to go out to his job site and take a looksie
at it and tell us the damage...

Lissa, yes it is the mini rosemary tree at HD, I'll get a small strand of lights and a few ladies are sending gift cards or money so if I dont need it for any ornaments, I will just forward the gift cards to her as well.

Does your Walmart carry the Bonnie line of herbs during the spring? If so...their Rosemary's even hardy here in 7A...I planted it probably 4 years ago and have to prune it at least 2x/year. Love the scent!!

Brug Addictcs, how you all doing today? It is really nice here. 72 degrees. I have been out watering, and picking off yellow leaves. My blooms are getting big, but not opening yet! Pretty soon.

It's WINDY WINDY WINDY today, this morning the radio guy said there is a Mini Skirt Advisory out today...honestly, I was offended... I think that is a very chauvenistic way to say it's windy.. .. maybe I should complain to the radio station... what do you BA's think?........ why not Boxer shorts Advisory?? OR maybe just a respectful Wind advisory? But that's okay, freedom of speech and all.. I'm sure not too many women were listening, but still I should expect a public apology on the program tomorrow, if I complain, right?

Karen, I right clicked on copy , I highlighted it, I quickly opened my documents and it did not work when I tried to paste it. I am not sure if it is my zone alarm or not. Sometimes it will not let me do things, but this list is on my trusted list so, who knows. I have a copy of it and lots of scratch paper after I read over all the fun posts.

I love the new name, but isn't that a bit risky? the word addict may give someone a knot in their knickers again. I don't care as long as you are all happy with it. You can call me anything as long as you remember to call me. Hugs

Try highlighting the text and using Ctrl-C to copy and then Ctrl-V when pasting into a word doc. It’s the old fashion way but it might work. I know Faye had problems with C/P too, but I not sure if she ever got it to work.

I germinate a lot of seeds too. I use the peat pots from Wal Mart and put them on top of the fridge. They sprout every time. I had one MG sprout w/in 24 hrs and two more in 48hrs. There are still two that are snug in their beds.

It's supposed to get into the 40's here tonight also. I'm glad everyone made it through the storms last night ok. Okla. can be a wild place any time of year. It's true, the wind never stops blowing.

Question: will these little 6-8 in cuttings really grow up to be big trees next year? Are they fast growers like butterfly bushes and crapes?

I have tried all the ways suggested to copy just certain posts too and none of them work. So I just write it all down into my journal. I must be comp challenged.

Well, they revised the forecast for tonight.. instead of 32 it is supposed to get to 28.. guess I will take a couple cuttings from each brug .. "just in case" will still cover and light what I can to protect them. I hate this time of the year. My neighbor just helped me bring in everything portable fromt thr front of the house and the walk.. now I can't walk in my garage!

I have very short term memory these days so I have to copy a lot and print it out. I highlight what I want to print then right click and left click on copy. Then I hit the Ctrl key and then the X (cutting) I then go up to mail and hit write. When that comes up I hit Ctrl again and then the V (paste). I then go up to file and print out my "letter". This seems the easiest for me to do. If I want to add more I just put my "paper" aside then go back and highlight again, copy, cut and bring my "paper" back up to paste that post. I don't know if this makes any sense to any of you, I am so bad at explaining things.

On a better note, I just potted up 2 of my brugs that I rooted in water. I put both of them in water at the same time and one got a lot more roots than the other. Now, waiting to see if they will keep on growing.
