DATZU, DATURA'S R WHAT WE USED TO CALL PIG WEEDS BACK IN MY YOUNGER DAYS. THEY PUT ON ONE PRICKLEY SEED POD AND MULTIPLY VERY EASLY. DATURA'S BLOOMS POINT UP, BRUGS POINT DOWN. YES THEY R COUSINS BUT DEFINATLY NOT THE SAME. AS FAR AS I KNOW, THERE R NO PURPLE BRUGS.

No blue brugs but some lochromas are sort of blue and are similar in appearance and are in a similar family. Daturass are weeds in some places.. illegal in some places because kids have been known to use them as hallucinogens .... strong allokoids... very toxic! poison! We had a problem here for a while and people had to stop growing them in their yards where kids could reach them from the street.
My friend swears she has a blue brug, I have yet to see that! I saw somewhere on e bay about a blue one and it is the lochromas that you say. My friend is e mailing a pic, so we shall see what it is!
Nope, no blue brugs, nor purple brugs, no red dats...

ouch!! you just made me giggle so hard my stitches hurt! LOLOL!
I did tell them I'm running a fever..lied a little and told them 101. (its really 99.2 ! lol!) and that I couldnt breathe... (I know pneumonia is a risk) so I figured those would get me in the door....NOPE! its now 2:45 pm my time and surgeon still hasnt called :( so looks like I'll be headed to that emergency room after all :(
maybe I'll get to flash my horns at some nurses again! teehee!
