Ya know I sure will be givin the girls a hug tomorrow at the RU as soon as they get there and I am taking my digital with me and hopefully will be able to get some pictures of it all.
I think I have all my plants ready to go and have the name tags printed out just have to make up some bread that was asked fo, but will do that tonight after I get home.

The lone rangers horse was silver and his side kick was tonto but what was tonto's horses name????

I"m glad some of you have had a better nights sleep and are feelin better just don't over do it today and get under the weather again.

The reason I am late in getting here this morning was because I was asked to wait until after Mr. Barnes got the pay checks out as he wanted to talk to me.

YES I GOT THE JOB.....he said it was a hands down decision.
We have to wait until administration makes it official with a start date but I got it.
So until I start I will continue driving my route and thy have already interviewed someone to take my route so I figure I will be showing them the route too.

Cindy, those kittens are part of a litter from a cat that Kel had rescued. She's pregnant at that time too...when left on the side of the road. We intend to keep them all!!

So glad you are doing much better BJ. You are right, I don't fight sleep nor rest neither. Also, if I'm craving for a certain kind of fruits or food group, I tell myself that I must be lacking some vitamins.

*huge grin* Thanks gals I am thrilled too . I had tried several times for a position back in Illinois when I was the driver trainer and never got it so I didn't get my hopes up at all this time.

Now we just wait until they tell me when my official start date is and I will be taking the laptop my daughter gave me to use to work so when I am there I can get on and chit chat too LOL..as I wont drive home for just an hour in the afternoon would be a waste of gas.

Besides the added responsibility, you'd have more play time then!!

yeah I'll be answering the phones in the morning mostly but if we need routes covered then I would be driving and what ever else they have me do and probably training if needed. but this way my foot is in the door to where in time I could move up the ladder more.....but will also have to find something to help cover bills in the summer won't be doing a summer school route next summer ...any body got a work at home job they need help with LOL

Hello Sisters, Bj and I just got back from a restaurant right on the water front called the tiki hut. The burgers are sooo good. So was the Corona!!! Now were gonna out back and have glass of wine, maybe two. We are having such a great visit, and can't wait to see everyone at the round up Saturday. Wish you could all be here.

I had planned on having everything in my car ready to go but my daughter come home from her schooling for her new job in Dallas and asked me to help her pack up stuff to move to Houston. she is headed there tomorrow as she is maid of honor in a wedding in November so I went and helped her. Found out the bride fired the wedding planner as she was not returning calls and stuff then she may have also fired the florist as she was to be able to pick up flowers for her pictures and the gal was already closed or had not been open all day as it was a Jewish holiday yesterday(?)
She then informed me that I was to pack thread, needles, and what not to bring wtih me to the wedding as I am now the official emergency seamstress and who knows what else she will volunteer me for LOL

I suppose I should take myself to bed so I can be rested for tomorrow

they already have a new driver to take my place she is from Idaho and has experience and her CDL with bus endorsement.

My Gpa was a bus driver for many years and he got very attached to the kids-he got pressies from them all for Xmas and the ,last day of school-I think part of him was sad to retire, but the other part was too old for all the screaming and such that goes on:(

Poor Mrs V-but it isn't like you will never see ehr, and I am sure you will train your replacement to be almost as good as you are;)

yeah in Illinois the kids and I had a great time on the one day a month they had donuts for dad's or muffins for mom's I would go and get glazed donuts and sunny D and we would have our own lil thing as not all the parents could take their kids to it due to work ..I got pressies too from them and got a few last year from the kids here in Tyler.

Mrs. V I guess from the way she talked has a lil bit of a hard time wtih changes in people she was hoping for a man I guess but it's not ..don't know why she was hoping that but oh well.

I'm trying to remember who I went there with but it just isn't' coming to me LOL Christmas is one of my favorites too

Stacey, I'll try to get pics of the kitties. They are 5 months old now, and the vet is surprised at how big they are. Umm, uncle Kel found another cat at the store, and it just gave birth to 2!! So, they are staying at the shop, and 3 more to fix... Looks like his Christmas budget gets smaller.

I can't afford a freezing night tonight. Had not done anything with the brugs yet, as many are still blooming.

Oh yes I save the seeds. As a matter of fact this is from seeds of one I grew about 5 years ago. I came across the seeds and decided to try and see if they are good. Yep they were. LOL I have a Datura Moonflower that has given me about 10 seed pods.
