Terry, you need to fight that insurance. My mom is seeing a nerve doctor in Minneapolis which is out of network, but she was referred to him from a doctor in network. She has to have 3 nerve injections, 3 months in a row that is $16,000 each, then she'll have to have surgery which who knows how much that will be. One of the insurance people told her that since she was referred by an in-network doctor the insurance should have to pay, there are only 3 nerve doctors in the whole United States and none of them are in-network.

I have 2 degerative disks and 2 bone spurs on them right at my tailbone and I'm only 35, well 36 on the 3rd. I've had the bone spurs since I was about 15, the chiropractor keeps them down to a dull roar.

The chiropractor will probably help you but it's not going to be overnight. That sounds like something my mom would say, help then "Oh wait, I don't want to pay for all of this! I didn't realize it was going to be more than one time!"

I feel some of your pain Terry.

Terry, still keeping you in my thoughts every day for a speedy recovery. You don't have to reply, I know it's painful.

How is everyone?

Had a pretty boring Halloween but last night was fun. Went to a birthday party at our local pool hall and wore a black and red wig. They got a kick out of that. lol. Fog was really thick though so there wasn't too many people in town. We all just sat around, talked and listened to some karoke. It was fun and nice to get out of the house for awhile.

Friday I hand washed my truck. Never do that but this time it was needed. I didn't want to spend $6 at the car wash and I wanted to conserve water. lol. It took over an hour but when I was done it was shining. I had a hard time reconizing it. lol

I spent part of today at my brothers' house. We watched an old B/W horror movie and a newer one. Thye were both pretty good.

Me and Dave have found our way to my dad's house in Joplin Mo! We're not doing anything but watching the NASCAR race with him and his girlfriend. We'll go back to Branson tonight and go home in the morning so Dave can get some rest to go to work tomorrow night. Having a very relaxing time.

Hey, you're only a few hours from me now! LOL. I think it's about 3 hours or so from Joplin to here.

Yay! We'll have to drive up there sometime when we get a real vacation and come up north. Dave wants to take me to New Orleans the week before Marti Gras. I've never been LOL!

As long as it's the week before! LOL.

It would be great if you could come up! I will be hosting a RU in the spring again so I can let you know about that in case it falls during a time you can make it up. As soon as I get a job and one that pays decent I will travel a bit again. I will have to come down and see you.

Anyone looking for a bit of income or partime job should go to staying connected. They pay about $20 an hour for working 4 hours a day on weekends handing out free samples and stuff at grocery stores. You only work when you want. You choose the events that you want to work and if you do not want to work then you do not choose an event to do. With high heating bills and theholidays it is not a bad time of year to grab a little extra.

Terry – I hate to hear about what you are going through. Please take care and fight that insurance. I pray you won’t have to have surgery.

No trick-or-treaters here. I think the whole of Georgia was here for the GA/FL game. I heard they lost by listening to a bunch of private jets leave all day Sunday LOL! I went to store Saturday morning and thought I was in Georgia. There were “Bull Dawgs” everywhere in red and black.

Crissy – My Aunt was on the Mardi Gras board in charge of the floats for many years. I went too many times to count and it got kind of boring. All of my family was from Louisiana. It’s defiantly fun if you’ve never been.

yes they have a website. They hire all over the country. I have found them to be a great source of income. I can work part time to give me plenty of free time for my plants and still have full time income.

I'm not anywhere near anyone I know on Dave's except one nice lady in Ogden. It's about 30 mins. away but I haven't seen her around for awhile.
