The first Red-bellied Woodpecker in the yard for weeks now.

I just had a Male Downy this morning. Hope to get a picture later. Looks like Autumn is definitely upon us.

Slowly but surely I am learning...at least for today! lol

The juvie Bluebirds have been down to visit a couple of morning this week!

Nanny, we do have them, but I think in the summer they head to the cooler woods. Certainly I did not see them or the nuthatches in the summer months here at the house.

I think these are immature House Finches, although we do have the Purple Finches here too.

Searching high and low for a Hermit Thrush...no luck. But the influx of migrating Robins is huge!!!
