Well I plan on meeting everyone at least once when I sign you up and give you a name tag! See you at that table.

Rofl, well if you carry the shears come on by cause I am sure I will have some stuff that needs trimming, lol. I will certainly be looking for the name tag table. I have such a short memory these days I will be glad to see one on everyone there. Looking forward to meeting a bunch of daves junkies.

It's gonna be a goodern! The shame of it is I won't have as much time as I'd like to visit with everyone 'cause my friend is getting married that day at 6:00pm and I'm the best man. I'll probably show up at bout 10am to help set up and visit with other early birds. I hope others will be there....

Hello Broncbuster, I am thinking I will try to be there by about 10 myself cause I am going to come home fairly early as I will have chores to do in the nursery and plants to take care of. I only live about an hour away but it is already getting dark so darned early. I am having winter withdrawls already. The new plants will give me a boost. I just dug your St John's a couple of days ago, and it's really pouting. It will be fine in a few days, but I was thinking I didn't really want to give it to you looking like that! I'm also collecting some coneflower seeds for you, so I'll just hang on to all of it.

Anna, I have white mistflowers for you after all! Not just rooted cuttings, but plants. They were right under my nose on the west side of the house, a somewhat neglected area that has some wildflowers and weeds along with some crinums. (Our lot is 1.5 acres that was pasture just a few years ago, and there are quite a few neglected areas.) There are several mistflowers blooming now. They are young, so they are not as full as the ones in PlantFiles, but they are definitely the right plant: leaves match, flowers match. I had no idea they grew here on their own.

cocoa....that's great! I just discovered the one I had didn't make it, it got choked out by my purple lantana. And I can bring some apple mint too if you really want it.

Bronc, I've been going over the past bloom threads (looking for things I need next year)lol. Would you look and see if you have any OxEye Daisies seeds for me, please?

Lynea, I have not yet killed the apple mint if such a thing is even possible! I have been lifting it up and digging short, rooted plants from underneath. I have not worked my way back to the rock border of the bed it is in yet. I am still digging out in the yard. lol It may have eaten the rocks. I'm bringing several extra pots, so you can have all the apple mint you want! Do you prefer to receive the plants I am giving you at Tyler or Arlington? It makes me no difference at all.

Ok....I've been moving some things around in the yard and dug up a big white shrimp plant. I think that is what it is, it has not bloomed for me in three years and has severely outgrown its place. If someone wants to claim it please let me know so I don't throw it out.

Kim, will you try rooting some of the trimmings on the white shrimp plant if I am not speaking too late. I have a few shrimp plants but not white, I just love the way they bloom and last forever.
