cool pics. I haven't seen any PM in my yard this year. Last year and the year before, I found them in my Sweet Autumn clematis when it bloomed. I'll have to keep my eyes peeled.

Nice sunflowers wha - I want to do a bunch next year. So does my neighbor.

Willie-that cactus flower is amazing!!

Celeste - I still can't believe that you have DL's!!!!

beautiful shots all... I haven't seen any PM this year

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

love that Elke

Sue Crug looks nice. How long do they bloom though? That's what's so great about Rozanne. It's non-stop from late May or early June.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Well Victor, i'm thinking if I own them all I'll have at least one in bloom at any given time. ^_^ Like my thinking? lol

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Victor, can't wait to show DH your amazing PM shots. Very fine. Best ever! I haven't seen any this year. Sad. Yummy dindin too! Patti

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks, Patti. Wish I had the macro lens attached at the time - I think they would have been better. I took my old camera out a bit later and he was still there. These three were using it. He had found a new victim - some fly.

Love PMs. It is soo cool to have them track your movements. As they move their heads and bodies it is mesmerizing. One year I took an egg case into the house not knowing what it was to see what would happen, but didn't have it contained. I think you know what is going to happen now, don't you. One spring day we had the windows open. The case was on my DH's desk in our bedroom. He went back to do some work and I hear a commotion so I go running back and all over the desk were teensy, little PMs. It seemed like thousands. ( I exaggerate), so I swept them up and took them outside cuz I had just hit the mother lode. I hoped they stayed to take care of my pests. Anway I learned a valuable lesson that day.
victor, that is oak leaf H isn't it? It looks great. Great shot of the patio.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Victor that last one makes me think of Cornholio

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

:)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Actually I didn't - had to google it!

Salem Cnty, NJ(Zone 7b)

Anybody remember the vintage movie "The Fly" ? " Help me, help me. " ( said in a squeaky, little voice) That's all I remember about that movie is that line. It always sends shivers down my spine. That's what I thought of seeing the PM with the fly.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, I remember it. Freaked me out as a kid.

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

Victor, your PM shots are fantastic, but I think I got "bugged" out today after veiwing several camel spider clips on youtube. Your dinner on a dime PM shots just sent me over the edge.

Celeste, you have so much stuff looking great! The half blue/half white MG is stunning. Hope hubby does well and you can get out of the house.

Wha, our fruits are certainly similar!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Thanks, Weeze. Never heard of camel spiders. One hump or two??

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Oh I just had to google them YUK! Glad to know they aren't venomous.
