If they are $20+ and Hallmark sells them, more than likely they are collectables with serial numbers. A good investment for collectors. I have a few Hummels (sp) that have been retired.

We are having slow drizzles with thunder. Weather forecast does say about an inch expected today but so far I don't think it will happen. Yeap, been out looking around at things. Scratching head trying to decide where to start--guess the driveway so we can get the cars out.

Wonderful find, thanks to Fay, the tree tops on the drive are covered with the cutest, smallest green acorns!! Told Kim not only will be move the limbs off the drive but we will harvest the acorns to dry for a future sway. Insert rolling of eyes!!! Who know what other goodies I will find when I start with the cleanup.

I am seriously getting worried about Jojo. Send the search party someone!!!

Sorry, Deborah and Kathy how are things your way? From the looks of radar last night you both were in for a pounding.

My rain gauge is at 6" and that's with the wind blowing the rain sideways. No telling exactly how much rain fell.

Mine topped at 6 but I don't know when so no telling how much we got. Lake is up but that's a good thing. Any wind damages?

None here, maybe a shingle or two but that's nothing new. Just loads of pine tree limbs are down.

We both have a lots to be thankful for after Fay!! Just gonna have to revise my work schedule. Did just get a message that a dear friend in my garden club circle passed away yesterday afternoon. Funeral is Thursday but depending on the weather whether or not I will be going.

Wonder if I call the Hospital they could get a message to her DH... since he's a paramedic, maybe they will know him.

He could work for a private ambulance service though...

I searched Ambulance Companies in Conroe... and the Hospital is the only thing that came up.. .unless, he works in a neighboring town... don't know that.

It just seems odd to me. I worry about accidents or Zeke being sick or Sterling for that matter. Wish we could check in with her!

Worry's me too... this is the longest she's been missing... I just can't imagine.

I sent her an email-I had that.....not sure if it will help, but it is the only other thing we have besides an address...

Humm can you ask the sheriff's department to check. I know my kids have done that when they couldn't find me and their dad at time.

I did that for one of the DGers that has been missing for a while. You have to file a report with your local police first, then they'd relay that to the party's county police.
Seems that 3 of us came up with nada. She has given us no cause to worry so far...so I'm gonna think positive that maybe it's electronics.
We'll wait till tomorrow...hopefully she'll pop up tonight.

I'm thinking the same thing... it's only been a few days... although that's very untypical of JoJo... it's too soon to sound alarms...
