OK-so on the subject of warts-I had a terrible time in HS in the 10th grade-since it is a virus I got it from someone and 1-3 warts on each finger and toe and had 3 that grew on my nostrils that I had to get cut off every 3 weeks so they didn't hang and look like boogies-talk about getting made fun of-then I started taking Vit C and putting iodine on them and poof-they went away-the Dr didn't dare treat them with so many-I don't think he knew how...haven't had a problem since:)

I was always chunky-then memeber when I told you all how when I fell out of the car I busted my butt literally?? Well the next summer I got very sick and my mom thought it was from that. I couldn't keep anything down, was alwys in pain in my back and was always so sick and tiired I locst my job...it was an hour away and I would stop at the rest stop 1/2 way home to sleep for a couple hrs in my backseat cuz I couldn't drive anymore-and this was in the middle of the day...anywho-I lost about 50lbs and was a nice size that I was happy with...stayed that way for 4 years, then after I met DH my eating habits changed and it all came back w/ a little interest:(

Well, girls, we're all pretty much in the same boat! I was just a breath in high school! 5'2" 103 lbs. Boy how times have mended! I used to have hair, and could sing, and could walk, and dance! But I'm NOT OLD! I'll give that mach. a run for its money, if it'll get in a low enough key, and give me time to breathe! I get out of breath very easy! I really did have a good voice, years ago. My sister and I won a talent contest and we sang for a time on the radio. Ahh, the good ole days!

I am officailly the dumbest person on earth-you ever put eggs on to boil and forget about them?? Well if you haven't, when the water runs out they explode-so I was just sweeping my ceiling and it looks like DH will still have to do siome touch up painting....hope he laughs as hard as I did whn it happened just now...

yup. but mine burned because the temp was low - and the stench almost never left the house. Ever other time I make potato salad I forget the boiled eggs on the stove and go to do something else "just for a minute...."

Sitting here laugh myself silly. Been there done that!! How about finding pancake mix in the blender ready to be blended and you touch the button then notice the lid is not on the container. Yeap did that too. Had just had first baby and hubby was fixing breakfast, I tried to help. Boy I did.

I got one more to add... a simple friend, after you haven't seen them for a while....you'll have to give a narration what has happened in your life.

We just returned from Chinese food and "Wal*Marting". Came upon an idea when I was going thru' the aisles.
How about a Welcome 2009 Swap just amongst ourselves here. Anything crafty(I hear BJ snickering) ... plants...food?
Just a thought. In lieu of Christmas gifts, we could do this..

I have just been in a hurry since I got home-went out to stake my maters and got a huge splinter that I spent 15 mins trying to dig out then gave up too...just not my night!!

I guess that is for everyone to decide. We didn't have a tree last year as we were just coming home from Costa Rica but this year we sure are for certain.

better one - have you ever made a birthday cake in a pyrex sheetcake pan, then after it has cooled, set it on the stove top - not realizing it's still on? because you're running behind and the party is already in motion.....did that at my daughter's 12th birthday party - at that age, the girls all wanted to frost the cake, so they were going to frost it with all this junk....

the glass, and cake, explodes real nice....sky high.

I think we all trained in the same cooking school. LOL
