You can see the rain on the horizon.

Somehow, I find the clouds really relaxing to look at, the pics I mean. The real things just get me all goofy and excited. My DH said the other day, when I wheeled to the side of the road to take pics, that I reminded him of Helen Hunt in "Twister" - but that, no, I wasn't OBSESSIVE...LOL.

These are scans of a couple of B&W prints I developed in my darkroom when I was into Astro-Photography, I re-defined them for this thread as 'Clouds Back-lit By The Moon'. (At the time I took them they were of the 'Moon Obstructed By Clouds'.) ☺

This one is from earlier in the day yesterday as a storm was brewing overhead. Unfortunately, I took it through the screen door.

Very nice, mo. Here's one from Acadia. The 'regular' ones above, and the fog below - smothering the little islands, as well as the cruise ship.

here is another from russell pond taken from right in front of the lean-too we stayed in. the named the lean-too the moose inn - very appropriate - this moose had a bashful baby as well - had a huge thunder storm this night
