Thanks for the new thread Pix and all your pretty pics. I like that Triple Treasure DL the best.
Oh my how awful Dyane. It is amazing how much damage can be done in such a short time. Good thing we all take a lot of pics to preserve the memory. I discovered destruction today too but it was from something with four legs and fur. Wether it is the new little ground hog that I saw twice today or the Bambi family is starting to come out of the wood, I don't know for sure. I think I bet on the new GH. Picked out four new tender and tasty CF to nibble, left the flowers and chewed the leaves and stems. :(

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Dyane your poor Coleus!! How terrible!

Well Pat..if the GH had to eat something at least he left the flowers alone!

Pumpkin is still green and still growing! ^_^

Hey, it's Mother Nature. She gives and she takes away. I'm not upset about it, really.

Thomaston, CT

Awesome photos, Shelly. Pixie, your garden is still going strong! Dyane, loved the Santa Dahlia, but the hail damage was awful! Saw an amazing toad in my rock wall---softball-sized, light green & yellow on back--have never seen any like it--hope it's not poisonous, my dogs are always sniffing the wall--I thought they were after a snake! No pics today--too rainy!

JoAnne, the tassel flowers are annuals. You've made great progress with that bed. It's so full, it looks like it has always been there.

Dyane, that SC dahlia is a beauty. sorry about the hail. we had a hail storm earlier this summer and my hosta have looked tattered ever since.

Yes, Allison, definitely a red day :0) pretty!

pix, the blue larkspur is practically electric.

here's a blue, a little amsonia from my wintersowing. I didn't expect to see blooms this year

Willie & clemen, love the cacti. do you all grow them outside yearround? the passi is beautiful. I planted a maypop this year but it's not growing much, probably not enough sun.

Hi, Al... Long time. Bea is lovely. My tubers didn't make it thru the winter. I don't think I was meant to have dahlias.
