Great blooms Helena. Are both
Tie Dyes on the same vine?

I do like that Plum surprise! Of course, they're all lovely. I'm a recent convert to MGs and am solidly hooked! And to think it all started because my DH asked me to try growing some--for feed for his goats! Here's my Gray Haze, also from Emma:

Jackie, it looks like I have 3 vines growing each going their different way. I'll know for sure if the next bloom is similar or not.

Nice blooms Woofie, this is my Gray Haze this morning.

Ooooh, your's look more satiny than mine. Are you feeding them something special? My chachamaru looks a bit anemic, too.

Gautier, MS

Yes Woofie, I'm giving them Becky's fish emultion & bloom booster every 3 weeks. I have these & a few others still in pots so I cheat & add just a touch of bloom booster in between the 3 weeks. Have to water the potted ones almost every day, they start to wilt by noon even the ones inthe ground.

WOW I really like this one!! http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/fp.php?pid=5228784

Thanks, that was an unexpected unusual one. Looking forward to at least one new mg bloom tomorrow.

Helena - You go girl! Loving all the beautiful blooms showing up for you! Mighty nice looking bunch of vines and blooms!

Gautier, MS

Hi Becky and thanks. I had 2 nice surprises in blooms & 1 disappointing. Oh well.

Bloom below I was expecting to see either chocolate or a gray I had last year but they're neither but still a surprise. I have 4 vines in a huge pot with bamboo sticks & weire fence for support. First vine to bloom today 3 more to go.

More nice blooms Helena. Could you mark that dark Blue Tie Dye from
two days ago so that you can collect the seeds from that bloom? It was drop
dead gorgeous.

Nothing wrong with your Gray Haze woofie

Isn't it fun waking up early in the morning now, Helena? These JMGs and MGs are great to see and enjoy while waiting for the Salvia flowers to appear. I really like that Fuji-Shibori flower.

Hi Emma, love your Gray Hase. That is pretty!!

I have Kodak EasyShare Z740, I like it a lot. It's good for medium to large blooms but not too good on close-ups of small flowers (like the little red morning glories).

luvsgrtdanes and Jackie I tagged that bloom that you both like, hope it produces more of them.

Thanks Joseph & Becky, I pretty sure that one vine on the Fugi-Shibori produces light blooms & another produces dark blooms. There's quite a few blooms on these vines each day. I do take a peek out the window to see what's blooming before I grab the camera to go see my MG's. Don't know what my neighbors think, they are not gardeners.

Thanks Helena . . .

I have found that the Fujishibori pretty much blooms all dark form or all light form on its own vine. Actually there are several shades. I have plants started of the light form that are ready to go in the ground and I'm curious how they produce.

This Fujishibori bloom is on the light side from this morning.

Helena and Emma, beautiful Fuji Shibori's.

Thank you Jackie

Gautier, MS

Thank you Emma and Jackie.

I know Emma has given me some awesome MG's to grow. I'm still a beginner with beginners luck as they say. I do feel pretty lucky, thank you again Emma.

This morning I took a pic of this mg, it might not had been ready to open so I kind of helped it. Sometimes chocolate has this color before opening. It's neat anyway.

I think this one might be a cornell with maybe something else????

Helena,
Your chocolates are really something. I have three chocolate seeds to play with this coming season, and I can't wait!

Gautier, MS

Hi Elsa, thanks. I really like this chocolate flowers. Last 2 years I grew the rose silk in hanging baskets. This year I have so many vines & other hummingbird plants that I planted most in the ground.

Rose silk here.
