Hiya Linda Kay! If you're gonna be potting them up, make sure you got plenty of drainage. Use a mixture of potting soil with at least 1/3 PERLITE.
Keep them protected first in shade. I'd give some liquid feeding too mix with a little Superthrive.

well, my day got worse. 45 mins before end of my shift, got word IRS levied my accounts due to that IRS problem DH's old company created. Oh well. Actually, I'm thrilled. This mess has hung over our heads since 2001, and I'm actually happy it's coming to a head. It has to from there close.

Oh well, IRS and death, they are sure things in life aren't they.

Happy July all! Been busy cancelling co-op orders right and left. so far everyone is being so nice about it. Just want to hug them all. DH says I can quit any time I want. Think I'm going to do myself a favor, though, and look around for something else to do. Can only get better, right?

Pass the danish, someone. Anyone have Earl Grey Tea to go with it? I'm off the booze for a while, don't want to get in the habit. Not supposed to drink it anyway!

did I tell y'all about my iris babies? I have almost 30 pods formed and ripening. Made some fun crosses, and some funny crosses - the beauty of not knowing enough genetics to know what I'm doing!! Have a pod on All Night Long and two pods on crosses with its pollen. the hybridizer is impressed as it's not terribly fertile - there's like one grain of pollen on it for every 100 grains on something like Louisa's Song. Wish I knew what to do next - I don't know when they are ripe!
