Heres the new thread. I'll start with an American Robin.
DAILY PICS VOL. 120
Nice shots Pelle!
Very nice pictures Pelle. I see Robins only rarely around here and I wish I saw them more often. Thanks for starting the new thread.
Beautiful shots Rose!
Nice shots, Pelle. What a proud stance the Robin has.
Rose, you'd never need to take a trip. You've got enough colour in your birds for your own psychedelic experience.
Thanks for the Grackle, Rose. What a shot of three different species together. How often does that happen?
You're welcome Margaret...it is common in my yard to have all three together! That is one of the reasons I have lots of feeders spread out and also feeders that the larger birds can't eat from.
Maybe a female Indigo Bunting???
Yep, and a pair of them for the next pic
Resin
Great pics everyone!
Congratulations Nanny and Pelle!!
Pelletory, Dellrose...very nice pics, I especially love the hawk pic...not an easy shot. There are so many birds that looks familiar or closely resembling...It would be interesting with time to figure out which I can snap, that migrates, which is local, but similar, etc. Its an interesting prospect....for me at least. I love looking through your pics..
Pelletory - i just ""shake"" my head...I love raptors. We only see a few here were I live...toooooooo flat. From time to time I see the smaller, but real impressive ones, pretty scarce here....majestical birds.
Where are my hawks I wonder? I had a frontroom window full of Turkey Vulure earlyier today scared the heck out of me!! Wish I would have had the camera in here! Talk about close up....
Thanks Resin I was figuring it was couple just an odd angle and really bad focus.
Pelle congrats on the Oriole!
This are the adult Bluebirds before the got busy on their next brood. Haven't seen them since.
