Have I earned some bragging rights???

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

So far this is my fave. Fragrance is absolutely divine, walkers/joggers are enjoying it, I'm sure. (if not, they're messed up folks, lol)

silver spring, MD(Zone 7a)

OOOO! I want one! I want one! I'm going to buy one! Let me see, if I don't buy milk this week $10, and I can get Rivka to bring Malki home that will save gas $25 , Lewis doesn't have to have meat and the kids would rather have spagetti anyway $50. Yeah they'll never notice and I can have my lily. Yep that's what I'm gonna do! OOO I love it, I love it , pink and white and smells too! Oh it is beautiful!

Southern, WI(Zone 5a)

yehudith, you're a riot!

Oh, you have bragging rights alright. They are lovely! I too like yehudith am thinking of spagetti all week for lilies ...:)

North East England, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

Well done!

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

That is a gorgeous lily! It this it's first season flowering? I bought some small Triumphator bulbs very late in the season and they've come up but it looks like they will flower more like seedlings than full grown plants, only one or two bud per stalk. Maybe next year mine will look half as beautiful as yours:)

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

last year mine did 1, maybe 2 flowers per plant. this year they went to town!

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

See vossner, I told you you could do lilies - ain't it great??

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

Oh good! I have hope then:lol: You definitely deserve bragging rights=)

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

isn't this a beauty? I bought it from buggycrazy. I was looking for a "tiger lily" looking flower, but in pink. She had what I wanted. It faces down, but I propped it up.

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

That one is beautiful! I've been fighting placing an order w/ buggycrazy but I may not be able to avoid it this year:lol: I've got to write down a budget and stick to it for that one;)

Fight no longer dmac, you'll be happy you did (re:Buggy Crazy)

I have posted this before so I will risk sounding like a nag and re-post. back in Dec I started listing absolutely every coop and every mailorder purchase I made and writing down where I was gonna plant them. I think it has been a great tool in controlling my spending plus it is soooo great to look up my list and know exactly where's stuff is going. I still do a little impulsive purchasing, mostly picking annuals at the local nursery--nothing too bad.

I highly recommend this tool. Also, my plant ghetto is not as populated with plants that I have no idea where I will put. There are some, yes, but not like it used to be.

ps: i'll look it up and come back to post the name of that pretty.

Thanks Vossner! I don't feel nagged at:) I do write down and have a journal of each Co-op and plant purchase but I haven't gone that extra step as to planning the planting location. That would be very good for me to do. I tend to get all happy about selection and great deals and buy too much--then I like to help out counts if I can which isn't always a good idea.

Did I mention that when I receive my co-op boxes at work the lady who receives the mail usually takes home several "gifts" from me for her garden:LOL:

Pretty tiger lily, Nery. I have a yellow one like that and I agree they are beautiful.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Always nice to have another lily addict around to trade with. I can't decide if I like lilies, daylilies or Iris the most. Usually I just say whatever is blooming at the time. The Triumphator is a beauty. Hope mine does as well this year.

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

thank you. I am mighty pleased with them. Next year I will plant some more among my roses. make such a lovely combo!

Lisbon, IA(Zone 5a)

Wow!!! I have a couple of those lilies too!! It's neat to see what I have to look forward to. ;) Yes, Vossner, you do get bragging rights. ;) But only if you keep posting pictures and keep feeding our lily addiction! :) Ok, you get bragging rights anyway. LOL

Greenwood, IN(Zone 5b)

Very nice lilies, Nery! Are you having the same heat wave we are??

East Texas, United States(Zone 8a)

steve, pretty dang awful

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

Those are really beautiful:)

We're finally easing into the 90's this week. Normally we've already had some of those temps starting in May so I'm grateful that it didn't get hotter any faster than it did. I've really been feeling for those in the Southwest and Southern CA. Seems like it went straight to walk on the sun temps.

Northeast, LA(Zone 8a)

beautiful Nery. I am really surprised at these lilies in 9a. I know your place must be beautiful

closeup of "Corrida" from the Wooden Shoe coop. She is a beaut. I bought 5 of these. They are planted near my "Mon Amour" glad, which has the same coloration and is getting ready to bloom. Life is sweeeet.
