DB. Your legs got short?

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

it appears so, Gloria! LOL

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

I'm still trying to find pants that are LONG enough for me...*sigh* I HATE high waters. Thank goodness for skirts (and no one "socially correct" hemline like my mum had to deal with in the 50s and 60s :) ).

pam

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I've been grateful for skirts for years.

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

Oh great, here we are, back to the French maid again...

Calvert City, KY(Zone 7a)

Victor doesn't seem to get very far from her, Pam.

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Is it true that she's a live-in? That might explain all of those trips to the basement under the guise of a computer problem......???

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

heehee

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Oui oui!

Southwest , NH(Zone 5b)

Mais non!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Mais bien sur!

Greensboro, AL

I have a crateful I could send you, Victor. I don't expect ever to wear a skirt again in my life. If you wear a skirt you have to wear pantyhose, and those are just rediculous.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

They looked great on Namath!

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

Well, maybe Victor LIKES wearing pantyhose.

Greensboro, AL

Well they are good for tying up tomato vines and for holding melons up out of the dirt.

I have a crate of those too!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Yes, but not alone.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

And they're good (single stockings better) to cover fruit. I also use it for leggy plants...

Greensboro, AL

You mean you want someone in the other leg?. That's kinky, Victor!

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

I'd think it'd be hard to get both Victor AND Namath in one pair of pantyhose.

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

They'd have to...squeeeeeeze.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

oh, never mind!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Would require two tight ends...

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

trying hard not to laugh out loud!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Don't hold it in!

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

Oh, grossness. :P

Edited to say: Re tight ends, that is.

but then I would have to explain it.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

At work?

Greensboro, AL

Well, Victor says he's only 5 ft 7 in. But Namath is a big boy. He's from Alabama. Maybe some of those, "Big Mama's" would work.

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

No I'm at home, but if I told DH I'm talking about men in tights - he might like me on this site less!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Just tell him you're discussing football.

OK, I'm ignoring anything and everything related to the gender crisis continuum. Just came in from working my peaches off and see a debate about maids. Really Victor, I thought you were managing things here. Goodness...maids get paid to do whatever you want. They are employees. That's why hope springs eternal; right Victor?. The rest are just "Cleaning Services".

Regarding length...sorry, but nothing, including Miracle Grow will add inches. At least not to those that span your head to toes. As your spine degenerates and the parts that cushion your spine (I'm simplifying here) deteriorate, you will shrink. Women are more predisposed, which is why calcium is important. Blame genetic variability on your folks.

another nurse!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Lots of letters, Laurel.

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

Q.E.D., ASAP, BTW.

Fairmont, WV(Zone 6a)

Just FYI.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Even calcium won't prevent the disc degeneration / compression with age though, ladies - sorry. Will help the vertebrae maintain their height.
