Free samples of Dynamite Plant Food for DG members :)

As many of you know, Dynamite Plant Food recently launched a sponsorship on DG, and there are several aspects to the sponsorship. For one, they are sponsoring our Go Gardening contest with very nice prizes. For another, they are offering a free sample of their fertilizer to any DG member who requests it. Completely free, and they are even covering the shipping costs.

When I mentioned this to Trish, she thought that we were all crazy for doing it and that Dynamite would be overwhelmed with requests for free samples, but the reality is that Dynamite wants to establish themselves as the leader of fertilizers for home gardeners, and to do that they need to get the product into the hands of people who are actually active gardeners. ^_^ So they are ready and prepared to ship free samples to as many DG members request it.

What a wonderful idea all the way around. Seems like everybody wins with this great and very creative idea. I hope more companies will consider something like this.

I wish, since we're all ordering right now, that they'd let us have it for a special price... I mean after this 'special' is over, that we could co-op it or they would let us know we can get a discount... Wouldn't that be great?
