Stop and visit, talk all you want. Pt 13-kwanjin :)

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

LOL Terry! Nope, no hangover, but got up this morning and the stupid thing is now totally dead! :(

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Well, it's a good thing I was sleeping or you would have been "whooped', Tammy!
LOL Just kidding. Sorry the computer has gone bonkers on you again! :o((

All this talk about greenhouses makes me want one, but I'll just wait till next fall and then get one for the winter. I never made it to Home Depot yesterday--decided to wait till this week. However, I forgot I had some RX's to pick up at Wal-Mart so Pau and I made a run to walley world. I can't believe we actually went over there on Saturday! --so many people--but we did and we bought groceries and household items and picked up the RX's and made it back home safe and sound. Our lousy weatherman sure made a boo-boo on his forecast though. We were supposed to be up in the 50's yesterday and it never even made it into the 40's! Bummer!! Sun is shining here today but it is still cold. It was about 46º on my backporch a little while ago. I'll take it though--a lot better than the twenties or thirties!!

(Zone 7a)

What's dead, Tammy? The computer?

It's 45º here and raining periodically. BUT...Snow tonight and cold! Brrr...

Mau, we had to get RXs, as well. Costco on a Saturday. It wasn't too bad, though, because ours is very new. Not everyone knows about it yet.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Yep, puter is dead! Shows NO hard drive at all!

(Zone 7a)

The one you just fixed?!?!?!?!

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

yes, I think it is time for a mean sermon for that thing! HA HA HA
Anyone else been playing outside today? It is GORGEOUS here! The GH got to 104º at one point today!

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Oh, can I come and stand inside your greenhouse, Tammy? My feet and hands are sooo cold!

(Zone 7a)

I played for short time. I got some stuff from the shed and potted up some daffys.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Sure, Mau, come on! I have had the door open all day and watering, spraying bugs, added another layer of plastic...Been so much fun!
Sounds like Celia has been enjoying herself, too. :)

(Zone 7a)

I'm trying to talk DH into going to Home Depot.

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Pau is on the heating pad asleep on the couch so no Home Depot for me today unless I want to go alone so I am just conversing with all you folks here on DG this afternoon.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

I just wish we had a Home Depot anywhere close!

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

How about one a mere 2 1/2 miles away--is that close enough? LOL

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

That might be too close to be good for me! HA HA HA

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

Yeah, I know what you mean! It's a good thing that they don't have much in their gardening department right now!! LOL

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Oh, but have you looked lately? :) Our Lowe's is getting new stuff in, and she said all the rest should be here the end of February! :)

Bureau County, IL(Zone 5a)

I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. I'd much rather go there. I have to drive about an hour to get to the closet Lowe's. HD, a very small one, is just a mere 20 miles. Tammy, doesn't Rolla have both?

Not done much of anything today. Read today while my hubby cleaned upstairs..LOL I did mop though.

Who likes scary movies? Saw 4 is good. Could do without the blood in the first minute, but the movie was actually very good. It was distracting to see Luke from 'Gilmore Girls' on there as an FBI agent.

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Oh I wish, Terry! But glad we at least have a Lowe's! I like scary movies, too! :) Although I have to admit I hide my face occasionally!

Isabella, MO(Zone 6b)

I actually Lowe's better, too, but we don't have one here. There is one in Conway so we go in Lowe's when we go to Conway.

I think Celia loves scary movies, and maybe Tammy. Not me, though! I don't want any part of them. Well, ice skating is on NBC so I'm off to watch that. Talk to y'all tomorrow.

Mau

Saint James, MO(Zone 6b)

Night, Mau!

(Zone 7a)

Terry, It IS me that likes them, too! LOL I haven't seen past the 1st Saw. (giggle)

One of my new faves is 1408 and Children of Men. Has anyone seen those?

Bureau County, IL(Zone 5a)

You haven't seen 2 or 3? Cyber slap!! Those were good movies girl! You need to rent them and do a marathon LOL

1408 sounds familiar, but Children of Men doesn't. Have you seen the remake of 'Halloween'? Boooo...don't waste your money. I was really disappointed in it. But then I knew they couldn't possibly make it better than the first and they didn't.

(Zone 7a)

I didn't bother. And thanks for the slap! I needed it. But my brother has so many movies, I have been trying to keep up with his! LOL

Children of Men is about a near future where women cannot have babies. Not one baby has been born in 18 years. It is set in England and all illegals have been put in camps. Lo and behold! A woman turns up pregnant. If you get a chance, I recommend it. Oh, and Clive Owen is Our Hero.

1408 is a Stephen King story with John Cusack.

If you guys like scary movies then haul your butts to the theaters and watch Sweeny Todd. I have heard it is an awesome movie. I'm gonna wait til it comes out on pay per view. :~)

(Zone 7a)

Oooo...I gotta see that one! I forgot it was out!

KC Metro area, MO(Zone 6a)

I'm not a scary movie person but this one I have to see. It has Johnny Depp AND he sings!! Don't get much better than that!!

(Zone 7a)

You are absolutely right. Have you seen the Secret Window?

(Zone 7a)

Out with the old and...
