From Lin's repeated hints, I think we've got somebody with an unposted winning BINGO card... I sure hope that person is just missing it and not MIA due to illness or something. Lin, I'm glad you're feeling better & running around again! I hope everybody else is staying well and/or feeling better, too. Sally, I hope your cold is much better and especially hope that darn migraine is leaving you alone -- I get those too, so I know how miserable they can be. We need all our friends happy and well for the holidays!
We're juggling things around a little here today, but things are going OK. Should we introduce a random factor into the timing? LOL... I can make another call after they get her moved to her new room... you know how random that timing will be! :-)

OK! Mom is all settled in, and she pulled the last call out of the hat for us. :-) I know it's going to be a scramble to the finish line with this call... My apologies to any who simply weren't able to be at the computer at the right time, but I just couldn't figure out a way to figure out a time when everyone would have a chance to be online... that's just the way these games go at the end!

Six of you had Rebel's Merry Christmas on your cards but no one got Bingo with that call! Everyone is getting very close though ... 3 prizes left ladies and, it's anybody's game!
Oh, I forgot to say: YES, we do have someone with a winning Bingo card - I just went back and double checked her card against the list of calls made and she indeed got Bingo on the 15th, but has apparently missed one and has not posted yet. So, everyone needs to check and double check their card with the updated call list at the top of this thread.

Dawnba Dmailed me to let me know she'd like the gift certificate from our anonymous donor. I just Dmailed Bonnie to ask her what prize she would like. When I hear back from her, I will post about our "endgame," which I'm mulling over. :-) I'll probably be out and about a lot of today, so for those afraid of missing something, let's say that no fast fingered responses will be needed until after 6 pm, at the very earliest.
Great idea Critter .... everyone should be home from work by 6 p.m. or thereafter, so that will give everyone a chance to be at their keyboards and antsy waiting for the call so they can see if they've won!
Once I hear back from Bonnie, we'll know which prizes remain.
I figure there are going to be a lot of people who still have 2 calls left on their card, so I've thought up a slightly different way to do a "biggest loser" prize. In every game, there are always some people who sit and sit, waiting for days until there is a call that they actually have on their card. I think whoever had to wait the longest for me to call something on their card should be our "biggest loser" for this game.
So... who was it? How long did you wait until I *finally* made a call that was on your card?
Did anybody have to wait until December 1, when I called 'Peppermint Candy'?

Oh, Boy OH BOY! I've got some really fun updates about the prizes for this game! Read the next post or two carefully, because we're doing the last part of the game a little differently this time.

I got really lucky because the person who won Kim's Victorian Lady decided she didn't have a good place to display her after all and would prefer the gift certificate I won this summer but haven't been able to use yet (timing issues -- still haven't set up my propagating shelves again). So Kim is sending her to me! I just wanted to be "up front" about it and not leave people wondering where the Victorian Lady in the prize list went. :-) As I told Kim, I'm going to frame her and display her in a place of honor in my living/dining room. Yippee!

An anonymous donor has offered the Merry Christmas Last Minute Gift Prize to the person who took the longest to get started in the game -- that is, the person who had the most calls made before finally getting a call that was actually on their card.
The prize is "one plant, any plant, including postage from Bluebird Greenhouse."
(I haven't checked Bluebird's site... but if they have some rare $1000 succulent listed in their catalog, let's just assume it's not included in the offer, LOL.)
So... Did anybody wait any longer than the call of 18. Ness' Cranberry Lace to cross one off on their card? If so, this is the time to speak up! :-)
The two remaining prizes are a box of AV leaves and Chirita tamiana seeds. I thought we were going to end up doing a fastest-fingered final call again instead of having "biggest loser" prizes, because I figured there would be half a dozen people who still needed both remaining calls. And frankly, I really don't like those fastest-fingered calls. It seems unfair to those who can't manage to be at their computer at whatever time, especially during this extra busy holiday season. Anyway...
As it turns out, Lin tells me there are only two people who still need both of the remaining calls! So, we have two "biggest losers" -- and two "biggest loser" prizes. That looks to me like it works out just perfectly! I've been saying all along that I'd like to award at least one or two "biggest loser" prizes, depending on how things are working out toward the end... So I hope nobody is too bummed that we don't have a "fastest fingered call" to finish off the game after all!
The first "biggest loser" to proudly step forward and say "I am the biggest loser!" may have first choice of the "biggest loser" prizes (leaves or seeds).
LOL Critter: I don't think they know they are the biggest losers since they have no idea of what each other have or don't have left. Since I am the card holder I have gone through everyone's cards and double and triple checked so I know who the biggest losers are if you want me to post it here. And, I also can post who the "Slowest Starter" prize goes to.
Let me know if I should post now. I hate to keep everyone waiting until tomorrow .... the suspense would kill me! LOL. I am not good at waiting, no patience at all! Are any of you ladies like me in that respect? Do y'all want the results now, or do you want me to wait until sometime tomorrow to post?
