Harper's Birthday - part 3

There! This is going to be the longest birthday celebration ever - have a drink of wine for me, Harper - and Happy Birthday (again!)

What is the protocol regarding birthday wishes on an ongoing basis? Did Emily Post address this?

Haven't read Emily Post, but we have our own protocol here!! We can do whatever we want as long as it's legal, right?? After all Harper gets a day older every day and the thread turned into something else a long time ago and once in a while we should remember the thread's roots. I can even write all the run - on sentences I like and no one has to read them!! I've been at the computer too long - just working on posts to improve our ratings - and need to go to bed since I got up at 4:00 this morning!! I think that qualifies as another run - on sentence!! Hey there! Thanks for the birthday wishes Eleanor and Michaela. I wish the same health, love and prosperity for you as well.

So what's our novel about? Haven't we already written a novel by now? Feels like I'm always sitting here typing away. There must be plenty-o-novel material here.

those one word posts look like what happens to me when i go to the chat room on tuesdays.
i signed up for the newsletter. i have never gotten the newsletter. DG thinks i am getting the newsletter. and i don't know how to fix it.

Went to a birthday party last night for a 10 year old. I like the parents very much, but man, the kid was the biggest brat I ever met. I didn't know they could get that bad. The parents want my son to come over and play with this kid. How do I tell them that their son is a brat?
