Good one, Victor !

ok, i admit i so don't get it.

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

Ms. Crowe made a statement that everyone should just use ONE square when they are on the proverbial "throne"...what IS she thinking??? LOL

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Her idea for the environment!

Sebastopol, CA(Zone 9a)

I wouldn't want to be anywhere near her immediate environment.

belleville, NJ(Zone 6a)

yikes.
i missed that story.
that's crazy!
but i wish we had the dual flush systems here like in some of AU. seems like a great way to conserve water.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Many toilets made for low water consumption just don't finish the job with one flush.

Long Island, NY(Zone 6b)

sounds like an ancient water closet proverb

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

You're right, Anita! Like the old "Confucius Say..." cartoons from a very long time ago, which appeared in either the New York News or the New York Daily Mirror.

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

I don't remember those cartoons. I must have been illiterate then.

belleville, NJ(Zone 6a)

the ones in AU are dual flush - they have a "half flush" and a "full flush" depending on what is needed. it saves a lot of water...

i was at Lowe's with Eric a couple of weeks ago, and over the PA we hear a page for someone in "fashion plumbing". Totally cracked us up. The cashier had no idea what was so funny about it.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Fashion plumbing -- ---!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

That's what Paris has fixed every day.

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

'Fashion plumbing'!!!
I would have laughed, too!

Some cashiers just have no sense of humor.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Well the 'sink' is called the 'vanity' also!

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Hmmmmm .....
good thought!

belleville, NJ(Zone 6a)

paris just needs enough fashion to keep her plumbing covered.
(wait a minute - we are talking about paris hilton, right?)

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

must we ?

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Now and then we do speak of Paris, JD. After all, when all the other stars are old news "...we'll always have Paris".

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Exposed plumbing seems to be required with celebrities these days.

Long Beach, CA(Zone 10a)

...as well as many older ones who need their plumbing updated. (Now Victor...don't even go there! )

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Oh JD!!! That's baaadddd!!!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

So many possibilities, but one AUP!!

Framingham, MA(Zone 6a)

hahahahaha... can't believe you guys!!!!

Paris should do a reality show in which she plants roses... can you imagine if she actually becomes addicted to roses??? gosh I would have to like her!!!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Go easy Kassia. Some who claim they loves roses behave in strange ways. Before you could decide to like her she'd have to show us how she personally tended them for a year to see if they survived or not. We'd also have to have a question and answer session with her.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Would have to be a grammar school level Q & A!

belleville, NJ(Zone 6a)

Quoting:
"...we'll always have Paris".

no pirl - say it isn't so!!!!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Well, we're not required to keep track of her.

We'll always have New Haven (or Lower Hudson Valley or Southold) just doesn't sound as good.

Southern, CT(Zone 6a)

It seems a number of people can say "we always had Paris"..... or "I loved Paris in the Spring Time"

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

Paris (Hilton) was engaged to a Paris (I don't recall his last name) so both parties can say they'll "always have Paris" to remember, right?

Southern, CT(Zone 6a)

He once asked her: "Is Paris burning?"

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

...and she replied ... (waiting for Victor)

Long Island, NY(Zone 6b)

she replied: "Duh?"

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Fire?
Looking for fire ...
(do not hand me two sticks!)

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Sorry - missed my setup! Was busy all day with my son's birthday party. And getting the house in order for it, after having new tile put down in our entry.

The Monadnock Region, NH(Zone 5a)

Goodness! You were very busy today Victor. I hope the party went well, and that laying the tile didn't take too much out of you.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

I didn't do that tile myself, but was doing the clean-up afterward.
