The kids went apple picking today and brought me a big bag so I though"Why not?"

Maybe only a male tiger knows how to make a tiger purr?
We're on top again this week with 2008 posts! Victor gets the credit for it this time.
Thanks Pirl, but it's a group affair again (have I mentioned I'm into group affairs?).
But it was your thread that put us over the top!
Bees are into group affairs, too, so you're in good company.
I'm at work, again.
Yank, that's a habit that's hard to break, but it can be done!
this whole forum is a group affair. should I tell DH??
Did you hear that someone is running for president of Red Sox Nation? I gotta check that out.
Didn't know they had their own country. They better watch out - a NY 'enemy' is at the gates.
How well I know that, Victor. *sigh*
balvenie - you are most kind to send us some rays in our darker hours! Here in the woods we usually have very clear, bright skies at night. For some reason, the dark has been extra dark lately! Maybe it's good for you, like the extra dark chocolate.....best medicine yet!! LOL
Candyce - your shopping trip with Anna sounds like my kind of shopping! What cool plants did you buy?
If I am elected President of the Rex Sox Nation, I promise to let all kids into every game free, AND they will get front row seats between Stephen King and Theo. Hot dogs will cost a quarter.
I nominate Bill Buckner for Red Sox Nation Prez.
Did you use Pirl's spray paint on him???
no way - it's radioactive
It's freaky! What goes on in WI???
Stays in WI? sometimes.
He doesn't look native....to this planet!
Al - is that last photo intended to give me nightmares????? You DO recall my phobia of katydids from my childhood, now don't you??? Ick!!!
They're great barbecued.
just back from Cheat Mountain catchin up
chocolate covered?
How was it? Weather was nice.
enjoyed Cass's caboose
Al - I got up the courage to enlarge that creature's thumbnail, and it IS the very same horror show that leaped off of every plant in sight onto my small child's body and terrorized my psyche permanently......eeewwwwww!
....and that was gross, Victor!!
Guess you're planning to be cremated.
I want a preying mantis
Louise - that's a grasshopper though. I went by that thing while working and knew I had to get a pic of it - talk about dedication to whatever craft it is I have ;)
Cheat Mountain - is that for lovers secret lovers?
