Thanks Jan. It's a big white blister today.
Scattelogical ramblings and desultory humor - Part 12
Which finger and how did it happen? We need to know these things!
Left thumb. Taking the chops out of the oven the liquid splashed onto the oven glove. I tried to quickly put the dish down and get the glove off but by that time...ouch!!
Ever get a steam burn from something in the microwave-that hurts!
New appt not till November
Remember, a day without sunshine is like, night.
It's never late until Midnight, then it's early.
If the cobbler's son goes barefoot, what does the tailor's son go ?
He goes for the tailor's maid.
Unhemmed?
Are you clearing your throat??
and away we go!!
Regarding whether tigers purr. Cats can either roar OR purr - but apparently not both - so I guess lions can't purr. Do tigers roar?
They all purr.
Meow.
askew is a great word
So is sanguine
Who askew?
as is sangria
(shuffling off to sulk in corner)
Can you skulk?
I dunno, maybe. What's skulking?
I wonder if it's that thing they do on the Charles River in Boston.
Hot dogs for dinner tonight. I'll do anything not to cook.
Can cats sulk? Do skunks skulk??
To Helen
Helen, thy beauty is to me
Like those Nicean barks of yore,
That gently o'er a perfumes sea,
The weary, way-worn wanderer bore
To his own native shore.
On desperate seas long wont to roam,
Thy hyacinth hair, thy classic face,
Thy Naiad airs have brought me home
To the glory that was Greece
And the grandeur that was Rome.
Lo ! in yon brilliant window-niche
How statue-like I see thee stand !
The agate lamp within thy hand,
Ah ! Psyche, from the regions which
Are Holy land.
So skulk and mulk and hulk, Poe remains the same. happy holidays.
Who's (or whose) Helen??
whooz?
Booze.
Boos
Always reminds me of the great Bears quarterback - Cade McBoo
I'm not at work right now.
But you must have been before~~~
And you will be again....and again.....and again.
today is the tomorrow I thought about yesterday
And here I am, at work again .
How do we know that you're actually there when you say you are?
How do we know you are actually victorgardener?
I'm not. I'm a prisoner in Sing-Sing who likes gardening. Started when I had some fun burying stuff.
My analyst told me
that I was right out of my head!
I'm still at work.
I'm still in the clink.
Klink, You idiot! I'm in the cooler with Kinchloe.
