Nice assortment of re-bloomers, Celeste.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

Thanks Victor, they are a welcome sight!

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Are you more diligent about dead heading the re-bloomers?

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

No as I am hoping for seeds, can't deadhead or you won't get pods.

It actually depends on the plant.....if i have everything I want from it, I will "clean it up" for the year.

Okay, you ruined it with the Bambi shots!

Denville, NJ(Zone 6b)

I've had mixed results. They ate an Oriental Lily bud that I sprayed.

Southeast, MA(Zone 6b)

Gorgeous multi colored begonia and those bambies have a hungry look in their eye. Eeeek!!!

I change my ammo every few weeks ... seems to help

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

What else do you use?

Upper Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 5a)

Wow - what a bloomin' good day for everyone, except for the deer. Pixie I love your fairy - it is similar to one of mine. Eleanor

Eleanor, the one sitting on the stump, does her leg come apart and her wings? It looks identical doesn't it?

Whitehall, PA(Zone 6a)

Ngam- I couldn't bring myself to squish that icky slug, so I just flicked him off the daisy with as much force as I could in hopes that he wouldn't survive the crash landing. At least now I know why all my Shasta daisy petals have holes in them. I really thought slugs stayed on ground level; that flower head he was on was a good 2' tall.

Pixie- I too love your fairy :-) Also love the morning glory. Is that 'grandpa otts'? I just traded for that one.

Victor- I wish I would've seen you post about the night pictures before too! When I said "first time for night shots" above, I should have said "first time for successful night shots" as I have tried a few times before with no luck... and no clue why it wasn't working. It was only by accident last night that I found out about the flashlight trick. Now I know for next question...just ask Victor!

Onewish- Love all your pics, especially the orange begonia (1st pic)- what a brilliant, sexy color!

Pirl- Thank you for the canna! I love them so, but have none of my own. Please post more pics!

Thank you aspen, but you're doing fine for yourself!

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

aspen - that was Pixie (Celeste) and her canna. I'm canna free this year.

Lower Hudson Valley, NY(Zone 6b)

Funny this is my first year in many without a single Canna. Same for Elephant Ears, Hyacinth Bean Vine and Castor. Needed a break.

(Arlene) Southold, NY(Zone 7a)

That's how I felt about the canna. I decided to try and experiment with keeping them outside but very well covered with 6" of compost and then some of those cement patio stones. They all died.

Shelburne Falls, MA(Zone 5a)

That makes it easy. I gave a bunch of brugs away-couldn't face the spider mites another winter.
Here's a few from today. My very confused Easter lily.
