I have heard Vancouver is beautiful this time of year...
Vancouver and Victoria are stellar from March until mid October. It is basically raining, cloudy, or drizzling from November to February, with December being the month with the most rain (on average 7 inches of rain in Dec.) However, I NEVER saw it rain in Vancouver as hard as I have seen it rain in New England.
Vancouver is zone 8 and Victoria (parts) can be as warm as zone 9. But in term of heat zone - they are quite mild, average July temperatures would be around 72 degrees, though occasionally it will get as high as 85 degrees. I don't ever remember Vancouver getting as high as 90 degrees - and there is no humidity, despite being on the ocean.
I've never been to the Pacific Northwest - and definitely have it on my list of things to see and places to go.
Some food for thought...
-Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
97% humidity and a high of 95 degrees. It feels like walking around in soup. Not the kind of day to labor outdoors, but...
I owe, I owe, so it's off to work I go.
I'm off to the garden until it gets too muggy or too hot.
We are sooooo goooood!!
