SO CAL May 19th RU Food Thread

BUMP!

Dawn, You're gonna be driving in a couple hours or whatever just to get here and trying to keep a jello salad is not that easy, plus,after you get here trying to keep it cold......why not just bring something else that doesn't have to stay cold? The eating can get spread out over time and your jello could be sitting there melting away on the table. If you want to come down a day early and stay in a motel, go to casinos, whatever, don't plan it all around the jello salad, bring anything else. I think we all eat anything that's put before us and be gratefulfor it!

Dawn:
Bring rolls, chips, etc. Something that doesn't need to be prepared OR kept cold!
There is gonna be tons of food.

Ok, last chance to update this food thread. If I missed anyone please let me know. I think we're fine on food guys. Beans are cooking, salsa is being prepared as I type, ok, when I get done typing. See you all tomorrow!

I cook in morning. I m too tired to do now that long line traffic for 2 hrs back motel!

I forgot who brought the salad . . . my bad. But I need to know what the dressing was as I am now craving it. I will be flying back to Iowa tomorrow morning and would like to make it for my husband. ???? Does anyone know?
