Easter will be here before we know it and I thought that since we would all be busy outside working in our gardens, planting new seeds and bulbs, now would be the best time to start an Easter seed swap. Let's start the swap with 20 participants.
Easter Seed Swap Rules:
1. Send 20 seed packets "all decorated up" for the Easter holiday. Please label the seeds with your DG username & seed type.
2. Send 1-small Easter gift. (i.e. stickers, pencils, garden gloves, bookmarks, magnets, pins)
3. Send a self-addressed label for bubble envelope
4. Send stamps or enough money to cover postage for your bubble envelope to be returned full of fun seed packets and a small gift.
5. Remember to send your goodies in a LARGE (8.5x11) bubble envelope. It is sometimes hard to fit everything inside one any smaller. :-)
6. If you are not in the address exchange, please d-mail your address to me when you sign up.
7. Please send your BE to me no later than: March 31, 2007. Thanks! :)

Doctors went well they removed the drain in my belly and start removing staples next week. I cant wait until it is allllll over...

We are just now beginning to have Easter stuff displayed in our local stores. I simply love Easter and with Easter comes SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that everyone loves that idea! :) I love all of the cute pastel colored items and I especially love the bright green from my fresh grass, bulbs and buds!

Ok...I have a confession....I wasn't really paying attention to the directions and went to buy my stuff for the swap. I bought flower stickers and decorated my cards and got them all fixed and realized it was Easter. In my head I thought Easter=spring=flowers and that's about as far as I went. Can I send packs decorated with flowers....or am I going to be evicted from the swap....sniff, sniff, sniff.....
LOL.....princessyfs. Knowing the wonderful seeds you have, I'd taken'em loose rolled up in newpaper!

princessyfs ~ can't wait to get them a take a "peek"! :-) I have a spot all set up and ready for all the BE's, each person has their own "spot" with your name on it, ready to go! lol (I know, OCD) LOL I have an extra room since my DD is off at school that I have literally turned into my winter sowing/seed starting room. DH even built me a new seed starting table with a grow light and all! :-) I have had a blast this winter exploring new seed possibilities. Anyone else winter sowing or starting seeds yet?

Nice babies Belinda, I have done lots of WSing and even planted a few daylily seeds in the house, have them sitting in my bay window facing the north east. Only spot I have... Really hope dh builds me a green house this year...
Thanks Connie. I have seen pics of ALL your WSing and my goodness, girl -- - - how have your managed all that without a greenhouse? I am impressed. As much as you enjoy and love your plants, your DH needs to "treat" you to a very special greenhouse.............they last a lifetime and we get more than a lifetimes worth of joy from them. :-) Put a little "bug" in his ear about it? :0)

I have 4 aluminum turkey pans to fill today, to add to the collection out there.
We are due rain this week end. Snow is melting so want to get these done b4 its all gone...
Don't know if our temps will take another nose dive or not... Yesterday it was 41 here.
But I think we are suppose to be in the mid 30's the rest of the week... Still alot better than the
freezing temps we have had...
