Whoa, Hart! I have you beat! I am 57 already....58 in April, but all summer I keep forgetting that I am a 'grown-up'! When I sit in the chair to do a crossword puzzle before I go to bed....the getting out of the chair is a STRONG reminder that I am indeed a grown-up!! mol! (moan out loud!) Happy Birthday, MamaJack! Love the mental picture of the leathers!! Guess I might have been a hot mama at one time, now as close as I can get to that is the occasional hot flash!!

Connie, Yes! I do celebrate doubly. :-) My husband has a blues band and usually works that night so he takes me out for my birthday dinner the night before. We get to avoid the crowds that way too. Most years I go with him and celebrate both my birthday and New years while he performs.

Connie, I've got my BE ready to go and will drop it off tomorrow. It's one chubby little sucker:LOL: I wrapped each "extra" request with a piece of notepaper and listed what they had asked for as well as jotting their numbers on the baggies. Hope that helps. There are only two baggies that aren't wrapped because they were just requests for a single item.

I am more excited about this seed swap and wondering what I might get in return than I can ever remember being about Christmas when I was a kid!!
BIG THANKS, Connie for putting this together and doing all the sorting! I am glad you have a better grasp of what is going on than I do!! It all just whirls around in my brain like so many falling leaves on an October day!
Putting together a final list of what I have to send. Beckygardener, do you still need the cleome seeds from me? I think several other people have posted that they have it and they probably have more to share than me. I don't know why I didn't save more, I have oodles of plants.

Okay people rofl :o) I just went through 2 of the books Ken (dh) bought me. both are good and have alot of info on most of the seeds I have *how cool is that* :o) I like one really well except for the fact that it doesn't give the zone info, it's its only flaw :(
One book is for Michigan growers :o) and the other is for Northern Growers, the third one is a vegetable books, has quite a bit of herb info. which I needed to know.
I can't believe he paid what he did for each one and also can't believe he didn't buy a fourth one to get a fifth one free... rofl. I tried my darn'dest to get him to... :o)
Oh Well I am happy with what I got... lots of good information... Also will come in handy with these latin names :o)

I'm glad you got my envie today, Connie. Ya know what ..... it just occured to me that I never put the hardiness zone or height of growth on any of the seed packets. Oops! I'm so sorry. It just completely slipped my mind. I do believe though most were wants being filled so maybe it won't be a problem. (I hope.) Sorry. (gulp) I kind of got caught up in the extra trades and just forgot. Ya know .... that was better than ebay bidding! LOL
