Blooms,

There ya go,,,I think a formal correction is in order,,,,LOL

Loveland, CO(Zone 5b)

Frustration abounding... I'm going at this a whole 'nother way....

Go to: http://www.9news.com
On the lower left, search news stories for "Dave Garden", the search is slow, be patient.
In the resulting list, go down to the entry from 08/18/06 entitled "Latest Online Buzz" and click "more..."
You don't actually want the *latest online buzz... you want to click the one from 07/21/06. It's the fourth in the list of video links that appears in blue.

If you're on a slower connection, you might want to forgo the video... in that case, just scan the lower part of the page for the Dave's Garden entry... it's a nice little paragraph about our home. :)

Darn...I got a 404 Error page when I clicked your link, Sarah. Does that mean it's been removed by the news folks or something?

Shoe.

Loveland, CO(Zone 5b)

Hang on, Shoe... Someone smarter than me will get this fixed before ya know it ;)

Not sure if this is from the paper? The link didn't work so I edited. It take you to the 1st page and dg will show up under education.

Dave's Garden

Whether or not you've got a green thumb, there's a website that give you the basics, and some expert advice, on gardening; it's gotten so popular it's known as DG's. At www.davesgarden.com you can search for free, look up info on flower/plant varieties (what kind of soil, height, spacing, hardiness, etc.) and connect with other gardeners to share seeds or plants.

FYI, http://www.tinyurl.com lets you enter a long URL and it spits back a tiny URL you can use in place of it. Basically, they offer a free forwarding service. It's handy for times like these, when the formatting in a long URL won't work well when posted on the web or in e-mail.

You just do this:

1. Copy the long URL to your clipboard
2. Go to tinyurl.com
3. Paste the long URL in the "Enter a long URL to make tiny:" field
4. Click the "Make Tiny URL!" button
5. Copy the new, tiny URL to your clipboard
6. Go wherever it is you want to paste it and do so

Hope that helps! :)

I've edited the clip down to DG's segment and uploaded it to both. Be sure to leave comments if you view it -- let's put DG in the forefront! :)
