Just noticed the new background, most excellent!

The new banner is beautiful! This question may be on another thread somewhere....but I was just wondering, do we no longer have the option of clicking on the DG logo, to return to the home page?

No, Shannon, just click on the 'Home' tab instead.

I have always used the logo, as well, and I'm sorry to see it unclickable.

Paul - do you know how we can get that header to be a hyperlink? Because it's a background image, I'm doubting it.

Well, I don't know much about html, but I'm thinking if you make the background image for the whole table the header file, then split the tabs into a seperate cell (like they were before) you could then add a transparent .gif over the logo (or over anything you want it over) in the other cell, and link it back to the homepage.

Ironically, I never think to use the logo to havigate. Although I used to use the vine logo when it was in the right-hand corner.

You can call me simple-minded (I've been called worse), but since we went to tabs, I actually use them. (I kinda figured that's what they are for *grin*)

It's just that when I'm so excited, running around to all the different forums & checking my home page every few minutes, it's sometimes hard to aim the mouse at that little tab...lolol I'll train myself somehow though.

I was about 75/25 (75% using the Home tab and 25% using the Logo). Who says old dogs can't learn new tricks!

I always use the tabs. To be honest, I didn't even know you could click on the logo. LOL

Always the logo for me, or my "home" button since DG's it.

Hey Dave, I don't know if you've figured out what you're going to do with the banner photo changing, but if you want I could send you some more banners with different photos for you to play with. How ever you do it, you may need quite a few different ones. ;)

That sounds great. I made some modifications to your original xcf file, so let me send you the new one that you can use to modify. It's 1280 wide instead of 1000 wide.
