CLCNever too Late to Plant?

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Does your snow stay until spring, Moby? Or do you get breaks where it melts off for awhile?

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Me too Taz. I washed walls all day.......

Starr, sometimes the snow stays for the duration, but we usually get a couple of melts and then more snow.

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

you are suppose to wash walls ? i bet you mop floor too?
what a waste of good dirt .Be a slob and recycle it !

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I try, just the 'roomies' protest sometimes....

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Y'all need to kick back, put your toesies up and take it easy for a spell... I messed around in the barn, but did not even look at my house... I am afraid to look.

Moby, I don't know how y'all do it... I don't like to drive in the white stuff at all. Where I am it takes 2 or 3 days for the ice truck to make the rounds... I usually just stay on my place til it starts to melt off... LOL... I stock up on stuff in the winter.. (like TP) I am such a wuss compared to what y'all go through...

Tazzy, How do you recycle dirt? I am curious... would like to try that sometime...;)

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

Brenda best friend is poo my best friend is dirt .
PS my dirt don't stink ? ROFL

(( your evil snickering friend ))

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

I had a parrot once. All he did was screech and scream at the cat! I think the cat was reciting parrot pie recipes or something to him....

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

......and rightly so......

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

Hey Moby--- Enjoying that fine Nebraska weather?

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

A wonderful 56° today. Simply devine!

Cedar Rapids, IA(Zone 5a)

56 degrees? Darn! I'm moving! We only got up to 35--just enough to melt snow and freeze a layer of ice tonight all over the roads.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

The phone rang someone said hello so now guess he answers the phone to, but news his he is going back to his owners tonight as their dog was left in my daughters house bite Hannah twin shes still in emergency room..all i know Linda brian's incompetent mother left the dog in went right for hannah's face bite her.. my daughter says shes going to dispose of the dog.. he gets all his sisters pets outh their house or he goes course i said well i' would not give him choice tell him.. but anyway i will miss this old bird.. especially if he can answer the phone!!!! bye all... warm here to...

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

What kind of bird is he,Twyla? ... He seems very talented. Maybe they would let him stay with you... I had a double yellow head that I raised from the egg... His name was Doc and he sure was a character. He could speak very clearly and loved to mimic shows from the tv... He could hold down a 3 way conversation with him doing all the parts... and each in a different voice... He was a very smart bird! Had a great sense of humor... we had several birds and when we trimmed their flight feathers, Doc would start screaming...Kill All The Birds, Kill All The Birds... then he would sit there and laugh...

Sure was a pretty day!!! Mid 50's... couldnt be nicer... I was out digging today (big grin).... Thanks Tazzy!!!!

Sand Springs, OK(Zone 7a)

Thank you Star for card .

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Starr, that sounds like a great bird! I love that, "Kill all the birds, kill all the birds!" What happened to him?

Tazzy, sorry about your computer troubles. I could never get mine going if it crashed, that's for sure! Hope it's all better now. =)

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

Starr all i know is big parrot green has blue yellow and orange.. no thye getting now right now door opened after oh well.. bye for now..

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Tazzy, call me if I can you with the puter... I know enough to be dangerous... lol...

Mendy, My vet advised me not to bring him out here to MO with me. He said the humidity change would not be good for him, along with the cold drafts in winter. So I gave him to a couple that just adores him. He is spoiled rotten with them. Since he can live 50 years, I made it a point to know that their daughter will take him and love him if they pass on, or she will call me and let me know to come and get him. He is one of the smartest animals I have ever known. He would invent games for the other birds to play... then make them mad by breaking the rules... I know that sounds strange but it is true!!! He used to watch R rated movies with us and could repeat some of scenes very accurately, but he never cursed. We don't use bad words (well, not normally), but he heard them on tv, and never repeated them. He could speak with a mexican accent, and also something that sounded like a german or dutch accent. He was the biggest flirt you have ever seen. He loved to blow kisses to the ladies... lol...

Hope43, sorry you couldn't keep the parrot. Maybe some day you will get another one. ((hugs))

Hi Moby!!! Hi Wanda!!! Glad you are getting a little break in the weather.

Is there still going to be a spider co-op?
