This annual thread is so much fun. We have yet to take ours down...Procrastination! I'm anxious to have back that 25 square feet or so in our living room.

I don't know about you,but I become emotionally attached to my tree every year.There is always some major annual "drama" .....it fell out the back of the car on the way home...doesn't fit thru the front door...fell over twice,smashing countless ornaments,but when its all said and done ...it never fails to take my breath away,and I always cry when I have to take it down.

has any one else step out in front and found Christmas wreath still on door > i get the inside put on new years ,for some reason i always find something Christmas hang out still in June ? I'm not well LOL

LOL.. I just took the Christmas wreath down but not the lights around house and the light around doors. I keep forgetting to take them down. lazy!! lol Some people leave their christmas lights on until Mardi Gras.

the lights and wreath are down but i always leave something out. this santa has been on the oak ice box for about 5 yrs. now.
