76 counties (including state capital Indianapolis) are in the Eastern Time Zone but do not change to Daylight time in April; instead they remain on Standard Time all year long;
11 counties -- six near Chicago, IL, and five near Evansville, IN, are in the Central Time Zone and use both Central Standard and Central Daylight;
5 other counties -- two near Cincinnati, OH, and three near Louisville, KY -- are in the Eastern Time Zone but use both Eastern Standard and Eastern Daylight
Date and time is strange
Thanks for the heads up on IN. Gosh they need to get their time straightened out! No wonder the cousins were complaining about it - they couldn't get it straight either!! lol
Your right it is AZ. We never change times. Sometimes it get s me messed up with my children living in Ind. But I will say I like not changing times. :)))))
binky- I was so confused when I lived in AZ!!!! I never could remember if I was on the time of my dad in New Mexico or the time of my friends in California!!
Kathy,
The entire province of Saskatchewan stays in CST all year round, not just the areas where Lilypon and Joelle live. For the rest of us, whose time zones change twice a year, looks like we have to change that in our DG preferences as well. Love this thread, I'm learning so much! :-)

The whole thing makes my head spin and I'm glad I'm not a worldly traveler. I'd have to wear 12 watches. :)
