I don't post everyday, but I come back daily to check out the blooms.
Do you know what is nice about these blooms? They never wilt, need water, suffer from heat and cold, and never fall off the plant. I think it is a beaut in every way. LOL!

Here she is today. She has lots of buds. 2 of the pods look like they made it, X EP and X frozen RK pollen. So I am happy!
She has not grown and the buds sure are not moving fast. I think she is putting down lots of roots in her new huge pot.
It is cool here so do not be surprised if she blooms lighter. Monika told me not to be upset if that happens because she still has the dark genes. I won't be, I will just slit my throat.
I am half tempted to bring her back where she bloomed so dark. I have never had anything bloom dark at my house. Woe is me.

She sure looks happy there. A lot of my pollinations in the last couple of weeks haven't taken because of the heat and the rain, having trouble finding good pollen, too, because of the same reasons, but I did notice today that my Rosamond x Susanne pod seems to be growing, Yippee, that should be an interesting one.
She does look happy and healthy - and safely behind your fence! Even if she only has those lovely dark flowers once a year and looks 'Frosty' the rest of the time, she's worth it.
