We're planning on opening to the public May 25th. Hope the weather continues on the warm side, as we still have 2 ft. of snow in the yard.

We too dont like to part with our plant trays, so have been stocking up on beer and soda flats all winter, free from the liquor store down town.

We set up a check out table with cash box and calculator, along with small items for sale. Items like slugo, bags of seed potatoes, ceramic plant stakes, etc....

Last year we had several saw horse and ply-wood tables, but this year I've ordered several 4'x8' sheets of pvc latice to use instead of the ply-wood. Figure to build a frame under them to strengthen them. They should have better drainage and not mold like the ply.

Hope to have a good selling season, everytime I go downtown someboby stops to ask when we're opening. Love a small town and word of mouth advertising.
