Glad to hear you had her for a visit.
Unboxing always seems to take a lot longer than pack up does.
Best/Worse/What I’d I learn Today..Pull Up a Chair,come chat with friends, everyone welcome!
Pat - I'd love to see all the dolls & stuffies you've re-dressed. They sound great :)
Betty - how's your pain management today? Hope it's under control. I know better than to tell you to take it easy, even though that's what you should do.....
Last night & then this morning I got stuck in front of the Senior's Centre. Last night a fellow towed me out, and this morning I saw the snow plow on the street, so I thought he'd cleared it. Nope, not yet, so I got stuck again. It filled up my undercarriage, so had to shovel it out the best I could. The snowplow plowed all around me,, and with that, my shoveling out from under my car and a neighbour's putting ice melt by the tires, I was able to get out. It keeps snowing, but the snowplow is sticking around to keep us cleared out in town.
Karen, you already reaping the rewards of living closer to family. So sweet to hear of Lelei's visit.
Susan, OH.... the 4 letter word!!! Snoqualmie pass, the mountain pass that we have to use to get to the northern part of the state, was closed for several hours over the weekend due to road conditions. Adam is headed to Portland (West) on his first solo run today.
I was disappointed in myself for not getting pics of the stuffies, they were adorable! I was so focused on getting to the shop before they closed that I never thought of it. We start dressing dolls soon.
Snow, already! Is this early for you, Susan??
Had an appointment with the eye doctor today. Cataract surgery for my right eye is scheduled for Dec 7th. I'll be glad to have it over, but, the idea of cutting in my eye, even if it is with a laser, just sounds awful. He said with the lens I'll get, and that is costing extra because the insurance will only pay for the basic surgery, I won't need glasses. I'll get a contact for my left eye, because that vision can still be corrected to 20/20.
You are making progress!!! One eye will be corrected, that's a start.
One good thing here we can go to the Opthalmologist I saw previously. She did both my cataract surgeries and also can treat Walts AMDG.
Darn that you didn't get pictures, Pat!
Good for you on getting one eye correction done, that's a start :)
Yes, it's early for snow. At least I have my snow tires on.
I belong to LegalShield, and have paid for their service for a year ($330) and they will give me legal advice. They've written a free Demand Letter to Bob (back in July, I believe, and he's ignored it) and will help me with an uncontested divorce. They will also give me a free re-write of my will. I sent it off to them this morning. It has to be written as per Alberta Law, instead of Manitoba Law.
As of tomorrow, it will be one year since Bob was arrested, so my 1 year separation requirement before we can get a divorce will have been met. I'm not sure what my next step will be, but I know it will be uncontested by both of us. I've heard that he's told people we're getting a divorce. He wants the mobile home I live in (or 50% anyway) but he can't have it. It's my name on the Title, not his. The Demand Letter said he could have the motor home, all its contents & his personal items, his construction ladders and power tools, and I am to keep the home, and anything necessary to run it (1 ladder, and yard & garden tools). He has a lot of tools that I don't want.
I reported to the RCMP that I know he's been on the property, entered the motorhome, and took his laptops. The RCMP told me that they'd get back to me with the result of their inquiry, but it's been 2 weeks & I haven't heard. I just want the keys to the motorhome, and to be assured that he won't come onto the property. There's a Peace Bond still in place until his trial Feb 15th, which states that he's not to come within 80 feet of the property (or me), or be charged with breach.
Susan, I can't imagine how hard to have this linger on. I think divorce is a serious thing but .... a whole year of limbo and pain is ridiculous
In Canada you have to wait one year. Our government likes the idea of reconciliation.
I know that in the US it's as short as 6 weeks in some states.
I believe it's 6 weeks in Texas, but you must wait 6 months from date of divorce, before you are allowed to re marry anyone.
We are actually having rain. And a little breezy. My SIL and GSIL came over Saturday and helped me get all the plumerias into the garage. Last year it was Thanksgiving weekend. This year the evening temperatures are lower this year. My cat, Peanut, just wanted out. She walked about 3' and turned around an came back in. Emma was not feeling well the majority of the night last night. Could not get comfortable on my bed and finally came over to my chair and slept in my chair. Eleven years and she has never done that.
My daughter and all of her house guests (family) have all been sick with a nasty head cold so I have missed two Sunday dinners. My garden helper has been off for over a week because he got the flu. I am staying clear of all of them.
Betty has not been on here for two days and that is not a good sign. I am so unhappy that she has to be in such pain. Does not seem right.
Pat. those clothes for the dolls are adorable. My son called and said they are getting snow in Spokane. Betty, can you believe, Todd's son just turned 13. We were on here when he was born or shortly thereafter.
Susan, that would be torture to have to wait for a year to get divorced. Usually when it is over, it is DONE.
Going to find a movie to watch tonight. I have voted but will check the result tomorrow.
Karen, you are making progress. Moving is a gigantic task. I am going to empty another cabinet in my bathroom tomorrow if the weather is still rainy or windy. Some of the items in this cabinet have not been touched for a few years. I cleaned out a cabinet in the kitchen last week and got rid of so many cups that I do not use. Actually have an empty shelf at the top. I must have, at least, 15 frying pans and use 2 the majority of the time.
Going to try and see if the rain has a moment stopping pont so Miss Emma can have her afternoon walk.
LindaKay - it'll be a dark day indeed before I would consent to a 3rd marriage. Two times 23 years married is enough for me. I don't even want to date. I've told friends that I don't care if God put his stamp of approval on a man's forehead and he has a signed-by-God letter of reference. I will NOT let another man into my life. I don't want to be "a nurse or a purse" and certainly don't want to change who I am or my lifestyle at this age (I'm 68).
"Nurse or a purse", I have not heard that phrase before! It's 3 months here to be final. I was 49 when I divorced and started dating immediately. I knew someday I wanted to remarry. Now? Not so much, I don't feel at my age the desire or need to go looking! ON the other hand, if "God put his stamp of approval on a man's forehead and he has a signed-by-God letter of reference" I'd probably do it again! LOL: The last 2 years of marriage with Ben were difficult post brain surgery. He just was not himself. Although there were difficult times with the many health issues he had, I certainly do not regret marrying him. I can't imagine ever again experiencing the unconditional love he had for me, faults and all.
Yesterday I sewed doll pants & today it's halter tops. Still several more to go to meet my goal today. Marie brought me the bin of clothes that need altering before they will fit the 18" dolls. Honestly it probably would be faster to make a pair of shorts from scratch but some of these are SOOOOO cute that I can't ignore them.
Today: 24 halter tops, 1 pair of leggings & trials on alterations on the commercial clothes remake. I wish I could have taken in the red shorts more, but they are vinyl "leather look" with some real zippers in them. I was only able to rework the waist to make it tighter & take the shirt in up the back. Not ideal but it will work. I keep reminding myself.... they are doll clothes. They don't have to be perfectly altered. "Too big" makes it easy for little kids to dress the dolls.
I always keep a bald doll for the model. It makes dressing easier & we could not have gifted her anyway.
Stanley is upset, it's past our "reading /nap" time. Good night!
Pat, those are beautiful.
Betty, please check in. We do worry when we don't see you posting anywhere.
Pat, I stand in awe of you and your sisters talent and generosity year after year. So many children are the beneficiaries.
Pat, those are adorable! You're so right - a little bigger does make it easier for tiny hands to dress the doll. Perfection is highly-overrated lol
Morning, imagine I slept in til 8:30 a.m.
Susan, hard to believe a year has passed already and that he has not seen his court date. Looks as though you have a lot of community help as well, what a blessing.can you go back to the courts and ask for an extension seeing Bob’s case has not been finalized.
How are both you and Todd doing?
Those outfits are beyond beautiful. I give you both credit for what you and Marie do..making mini clothing is nothing i could do. Remarry? Not in this lifetime..i am at a stage that I can go and come as i please..cook when i want to, order in if I don’t. Am sure someone the lord would send me would be over 75 yrs old and health issues of their own, could do it, body wouldn’t let me care for another nor would i want someone caring for me in my later senile days.
Sorry to hear Sharon that your family are ill, prayers for them. How many plants/planters do you bring in? Ziggy this morning went out, made it to back deck and decided nope too cold for him.
Great news that you will have 20/20 vision Deb..would be worrisome having someone working on your eye but so necessary..imagine, no glasses to wear. Will be praying..
How wonderful Karen you can use some of you doctors now you are back, that is a plus.
Thanks for asking, fighting this pain in all my bones, just have to say I am so blessed with having Marie who always wants to help me.
Well Betty, so pleased you stopped in and let us know you are here. I am so sorry you have to deal with this pain. I am 80 and no way do I want a boyfriend or husband. Same as Betty. I eat what I want and watch what I want, if the TV is even on, which the majority of the time, it is off. I am currently getting caught up on Heartland which is on Netflix. A Canadian production and such beautiful scenery. Betty, I have 24 plumerias in the garage and three flats of coleus starts.
I went to Whole Foods to get a 12 bean soup mix, which they did not have. While there I picked up an Acorn squash. After realizing it was $8, I put it back. I love Acorn squash but that is not right,
Pat, the clothes are adorable. You are so talented. And you have such a kind soul. Wedding is getting closer.
Susan, you are still young. There may be another man out there that is not a jerk. But I have made it clear to all of my friends when they bring up someone I should met, it I am not interested. Not even dinner or a movie. I am such a grouch.
I was raining a little while ago and has again stopped. Rain in Las Vegas to days in a row is unheard of but we will take it.
Karen, how are you doing with your move. Slow but sure is the true method.
Hugs to all of you.
The wedding IS getting closer, and I need to get serious and get my dress altered and hemmed.
I have a roast in the crock pot with carrots and onions and it smells sooooo good! I have been taking the easy way for meals WAY too much. It is time I buckled down and cooked real meals more often. Sometimes I cook a dinner for everybody at Marie's & bring my leftovers home. it's not uncommon for her to send me home with her leftovers. She spoils me rotten, it's good to be the baby sister.
With all that sewing Pat could you not do your alterations, easier to send it out.are you getting excited? They are calling for some of that white stuff next week for several days, hope it doesn’t stay..sure hope no snow predicted in your region so you can get there and enjoy..Marie can only go if you are back same day right?
I laughed out loud Sharon at your not wanting a companion even if it’s for eats and a movie..that is a lot of plumerias, how long are they inside for seeing your weather is rarely at freezing..how is the family, better?
Joanne my friend said while shopping today that a head of lettuce was $8. And she put it back.
Dianne how is the wood piling going?
I finally decided that because I want to get that stained glass done I’d best bring the grinder upstairs, too many trips downstairs so although it looks messy it will be easier and yep using chairlift..Greg just called to check up on me, first thing he skied was how is the chairlift working and are you using it..
Ziggy is laying next to me, both of us did nothing today and yet here we are, in bed by 5:30 pm
Thanks for checking in Betty. Sleep is good for you. Listen to your body, and rest when you can.
We are doing good. Still looking for a new oncologist. They are few and far between.
I got another quilt top done. Guess I need to slow down, as it will take me forever to get them all quilted. Pattern is called chandelier. Very easy to do. The 5 inch charm squares I won from Facebook contest.
Sharon, everything has gone up in price. It's outrageous.
Pat, is your son and family still living with you? Praying you have good weather to travel in for the wedding.
I may still be young, but I've turned into a bitter distrustful person when it comes to men. I've been through 2 marriages, each lasting 23 years. I married very young (19), and have a lot of life to live the way I want to now.
I heard today that in Alberta, if you've been separated for 1 year, that you're automatically divorced. Well today, the 9th, is one year. I was reading that there are 3 reasons for divorce (on a Canadian legal site) - separation for 1 year; anytime before 1 year for 1 of 2 reasons - assault, or adultery. Our situation falls under all 3. One month after a divorce is agreed to by a judge, the divorce becomes final.
Well now, I guess I could have been divorced by now.
With not being able to speak to him, it's been difficult to get terms set out. He ignored the Demand Letter stating what he can have & what I will keep.
We got our big welcome back to MI today. Finally got a bill as proof of residency so it was time to go take care of car license and our drivers licenses. We went yesterday but was closed for election day. Went back today as soon as they opened and there was a line across the front of the building. Finally get to the door only to be told we have to make an appointment....on line. Back home, I go to the site and find we each need appointments. Took me over half an hour to finally get appointments after 6:00. Back we go, are told to take a seat until we are called. Sat until Walt was called , he went to back of line with about 20 people in it. I was told there was a row of seats up front for handicapped. I sat for a few seconds and was called to the first available window. I told her I was waiting for my hubby in line. She said to call him and both would be taken care of. Was first told I would need Dr. note for handicapped plate but when I showed her mine said permanent. all that was taken care of and I got my plackard too.Walt had to read the eye test but I wasn't asked to. We were then both photographed. Oh and because it was just under 4 years we could get our former license numbers back..Cool because we both remember them. All this too nearly an hour and then the big surprise.. over $500 poorer we came home. Even though we had paid taxes when we bought in TN, MI taxes us again YAY! Normally we would have to renew in March but because it's later in the year these will be good until March 2024. One small bit of relief.
$500, OUCH!!! Sounds like a frustrating day of wait and wait. I am glad it over for you Karen.
I'm too cheap to not do my own alterations. Yep, excited and nervous. Weather can be so unprediable. Yes, the only way Marie can go is if it up and back same day. Phil just ANOTHER back surgery this morning.
Yes, Adam and Family are still here and will be most likely until end of July. SOMEBODY let Nova out of the kennel. She is in heat, I will NOT be a happy camper if she got pregnant!! The good news is that at least the kennel is in the house and the only male with access is the purebred Thadeous, same male as her first & only litter.
I was scheduled to have dinner out with a friend tomorrow night and she got her nights mixed up & showed up to pick me up. I had her come in & eat roast & veggies. We'll still will out go tomorrow night.
Good morning everyone. It has been a full moon and boy don't I know.
I'm lazy this morning so am laying in bed with the TH all comfy laying beside me. Zeke has turned out to be quite the cuddler.
Betty you mentioning the grinder made me shiver. I have spent countless hours standing at the grinder with cold water making my hands cramp up. I'm looking forward to seeing this piece you are working on now.
Ouch Karen !!! Happy for you that part of your move is taken care of while costly but another check mark on the things that need to be done.
The wood pile !!!! I sure have proof that I am not as young as I think I am. It's taking me a lot longer to move and stack the blocks of wood . Not having any help slows things down considerably. I am only good for about 2 hours at a time so I come in and rest than after an hour go out for another two hours. I hope to have it all in the carport by the end of Sat - might not be stacked but much closer to where the wood pile is. My back gives me fits so I am sleeping on the floor for some of the night.
I've yet to have a fire and the Weather Liars say it will be warm for a couple of days then reality sets in with temps plunging. I've already laid the making of a fire start and have moved blocks of wood inside ready to burn. You all must be sick of my going on and on about this wood.
Sharon squash is expensive here too and hard to find. Remember when they were 50 cents a piece?
Susan you should be very proud of yourself and the way you are handling all this mess.
Another man in my life now ? No way !! I have 2 male dogs that's enough. I have no desire to meet someone let alone go out on a date. Would take very big shoes to fill my DH's.
Deb how are you doing ? How are the pups?
The TH are showing no interest in moving so I might stay here for a bit longer and watch GMA.
Pat I admire you and your sister's dedication to making so many little girls happy.
Dianne - I know what you mean. For me, I've had 2 divorces, I'm not going to get involved even casually. Too much work lol I have enough on my plate with all I do in the community.
Dianne, you are made of hardier stuff than I am!!! Just the thought of that wood is enough to make me ache. I used to love splitting wood & then having the kids stack it. I could NEVER do that now. . You said you had not started a fire yet. Do you have ANY heat on it your house?? It's been 60 in my bedroom and that is WITH the baseboard heat turned on very low
Yes, my female friends are enough, not looking for male companion! My friend Sheila showed up last night to take me to dinner, it was scheduled for THURSDAY! We had a good laugh & she came in and ate roast and veggies, I had JUST finished eating & had put stuff in frig. We will go out tonight to the restaurant like we planned.
I gathered up the leftover silk greens and made a wreath for my interior door. I had to do SOMETHING with them & get them out of my bedroom. Stanley kept wanting to snack on them & I was tired of keeping him out of my bedroom. when the wedding is over, I will work on the wreath a little more to balance it out.
I had made a skirt around my 8 foot table and didn't like it. I was disappointed, it was too high of contrast on black background. I LOVE the print, just didn't like the choice for the skirt, it was "distracting" instead of complimenting the room.. I have selected another fabric and hope to have it done and the 2nd curtain up in my "everything" room.
Marie gave me this outfit to adjust. This is one of the more than 100 pieces she bought from the thrift store. The shorts & shirt were way too big. I had to eliminate the cute waistband with beltloops, fake fly & slide pockets but I was able to retain some of cute pockets etc. I am hoping to focus on getting the skirt & curtain up today, not doll clothes. TOMORROW I'll get MY dress done. (Says the habitual procrastinator).
Pups are doing good, Dianne. Done with showing for the year, but may take them to a show later this month just to walk around and socialize.
Sharon, I'm watching Heartland now, too. I agree, such beautiful scenery!
I'm with you Susan, regarding men! Been there, done that, no need to go back!! I've been happily divorced for 25 years!
I have been considering a streaming membership so that I can watch Heartland. My TV is not hooked up to anything so it would be on my laptop or I could get it connection to my Fire.
I've been watching it on Amazon prime, usually on my tablet. I'm sure it would be great on a bigger screen.
I always watch heartland but then it took a turn so stopped watching it..
You are a going concern Pat, do you ever sleep? Don’t leave your dress to last minute incase something we’re to go wrong, you just never know.
Ziggy doesn’t get into anything anymore ( rarely) guess he is older..i do find his toys all over, never see him play with anything but he must during the night.he does visit when someone is crafting though..how old is Stanley? Do organizations know you will be donating a certain amount to them?
Deb, Sharon has been having problems socializing one of her pups. Sharon leaves for a big dog show between Buffalo and Rochester in the morning..not sure if she is showing all 3..she will show herself, not fond of doing that, especially with sore back. Heard that one of her dogs was losing her coat, that must mean a loss of a lot of points right?
Where is the show you may go to?
Dianne, did you notice lettuce wasn’t advertised in any of the flyers.
No we are not tired Re wood, just don’t know how you do it, takes mega energy to do so. Calling for snow Saturday/Sunday and then a few days next week. Sat out for an hour with Marie and Ted. We enjoyed the sunshine after doing a Christmas scape out front..now to buy clear lights.
I worked on that £¥€§ stained glass, brought the grinder upstairs, not making to much of a mess .. so wants to throw this piece in the garbage, thought i could have finished it but no way, likely not this week..after changing the deign it brought a lot of problems.. grrr
Lindakay, when we’re you saying that sale was happening so you could put your quilts in?
I kept thinking I have more quilts than this, most important ones were in a bin, must be another bin as well, am sure when i am serious about bringing them in and decorating.
Guess we have a consensus on getting involved again, don’t get me wrong, if i still had my hubby nothing I’d have to keep him well would be too much.
That was a mega ordeal and mega $$ to get all done to change everything over. Hope you are resting.the condo you moved into are there more young folk?
Been in bed for a few hours, going to pay for it as i brought a bag of chips to bed, don’t know how the pieces get under the covers but it does lol
Yikes, lost my phone somewhere outside the other day, been searching everywhere..tried calling my number but no answer, think battery is dead. I am so absent minded.
Should call Suzanne and see how she is doing, then check if there is any news on Sharon’s ex, should be out of surgery by now, spoke with Linda..Dave still not doing well.
The best of the day was getting a call from Arthur, he hung around with my boys, always look forward to his call..never forgets me!
Time to take meds and try to sleep, was up at 5:30am this morning so I’m asking Dianne’s sandman to come tonight.
Night, night
Betty, the quilt dhow is going on all this month. Quilts will be on display, and if anyone wants to buy them, they can. I pick them up after Thanksgiving.
Is Sharon up to showing dogs herself? Wishing her the best of luck. Praying your stained glass goes together smoothly for you.
I am not too worried, after I ordered the dress I discovered they had made the whole thing more casual than I originally thought. The dress is long & cotton with lace overlay. If something happens, I would not hesitate to wear one of the dresses I wear to church. I would RATHER wear the one I bought, but no worries.
YES, I sleep, I read from 11 PM to midnight & sleep until about 7 usually. When I am not really busy, I have a tendency to take a nap, not lately!!
Stanley is about 5 Year old now. The vet estimated his age at 2 & 1/2 when I got him 2 & 1/2 years ago.
Last year I had told the charity that we give the most dolls to that we would commit to just 50 this year & we would be dialing it back & slowing down. We will likely give them a commitment of just 25 for next year & also reducing other donations of dolls other places as well.
I got the 2 rods up and hung 2 quilts on them. The black heart one is not the one that will remain. After the new quilt is made, the black quilt will likely find a new home. I made ONE panel for the skirt to see if I liked it. The new one is the middle one, the one on either side are off the old set. I probably will table this project now until after Christmas.
Love your sewing room.
I've been up since 2 am. Sandman didn't stay long. Decided since I am so tired I am giving myself permission to not work on the wood today. When I am tired and do physical labour I tend to hurt myself. I probably won't meet my goal of having the wood all stacked by the end of Sunday but that's OK. If I do have a nap I might work a couple of hours this afternoon on the wood.
Pat we have oil so I usually use 2 tanks a year. This year my first fill up was $1399.00. That's more than I paid for the whole year 21/22.There is infloor heating downstairs which helps - I love walking bare foot downstairs when it is snowing outside. I don't like it too warm so once the wood stove is on windows are opened to let cold air in.
Zeke is full of the old nick this morning. He brought me 1 of my Kindles, a hair brush that he liberated from a drawer in the bathroom plus his empty kibble bowl. Chaos just gives him the side eye. He just climbed up to put his head on my lap and immediately fell fast asleep. We haven't walked yet - there is a drizzle going on out there so I might do some doggie pushups and some games to work off his energy.
Betty what have you planned for the weekend ? You be good to yourself !!!
Deb I was really lucky with Zeke as he was well socialized when I picked him up. He roamed around with sheep, chickens, llamas and I think 2 goats. Chaos was not and I live such a quiet life way down here on the lane so he is not used to people. He will plant himself in front of me when we do have company until he is sure I am OK. Enjoy your visit to the show.
LK how are you and Todd doing ? I sure hope you can find an oncologist closer to you. We were lucky to get a pallative care doctor in Kingston - so only a 30 - 40 min drive away.
Susan what are you up to this weekend ?
Karen how is the settling in going ?
Wise decision Dianne, if you know tired leads to accidents. The wood will be there, having a goal is nice but goodness knows your safety is more important!
I enjoyed watching my nephews Great Danes teach the rescue dogs some manners and rules. They would "correct" the other dog, and look at Matt like, "are you going to put up with that?" Adam's Thaddeous will bark and howl when Nova gets into the garbage. He tattles because HE does NOT want to get in trouble with her!
Thank you, Linda, I am liking it more and more as I struggle to find ways to make it more useful & user friendly as an all-purpose room. I NEED open clear spaces, or it messes with my mind! I am really enjoying my 8 foot table. I discovered it is so long I needed to put my supplies in the center, rather than 1 end. My computer area is still a disaster (you notice there is NO picture of THAT area LOL). I will get there, just not NOW. Someday my computer will not be in here and it won't have to share the space with my 9 cube that full of bins labeled with sewing supplies.
Karen, I think the hardest thing for me with a move or even change of bedrooms, remodel of area etc, is finding where everything goes. Working on it, changing locations etc adding storage space as needed, until if all feels right. I am still struggling with that in my "kitchen" area.
Linda, how many quilts do you have in this show & sale? Is this an annual event? Are there other shows nearby you could sell in?
I put 6 quilts in the show. It is an annual show, and is the only one near me.
Afternoon, not quite sure how i got to almost 2, likely still would be waiting time had Marie not brought me doughnuts and raisin muffins.
I am not even dressed yet but will be soon as I have to go to town, we’ll don’t really but have 3 kids tomorrow so it would have to be after 3 so i will get dressed and out I go.
It’s mostly shopping for materials for the December workshop, I have listed 2 cans of peas on my grocery list and the rest I likely will be close to $200.
Smart lady Dianne, think we are getting smarter with age, been finding I take more naps then I used too..such a lack of energy.hopefully it will not snow to any degree so the wood freezes together, that makes it difficult to do. As for the stained glass Diane I gave it a quick solder so that all the mini pieces to make side bands of the kayak..other pieces were moving around so much I thought it would be easier.
Zeke sounds like quite a boy, nice to have someone to cuddle up to…where Ziggy use to lie at the foot of the bed he wants to lie on my side, takes half the bed.
No Sharon isn’t up to it, she said she would lose $275 USA if she didn’t go..her neighbour helped her put the crates in her van, perhaps someone else at the show can help her and someone at the hotel.
Pat, love your room..do you have your bed in that area also?
I could so easily rent top level and live in bottom level but things would have to be really financially difficult for me. That is a fair amount of dolls you donate along with close..I’m sure they are appreciated.
I hope Lindakay you sell a few,,p as you made quite a few while Todd has been I’ll...did you get a preview of those being shown? I had made a snowman top quilt last year and never got to quilting it..i should put it on the frame and see how it’s i make out quilting it, doesn’t have to be done as i brought in totes of Xmas quilts and throws.
While bringing in those totes in came decorations, all snowmen come in so thought I’d decorate the downstairs tree. Didn’t take me long to find I couldn’t put the snowman on this taller tree so wired it to the top as best I can. Must still be more quilts around and tree skirts..hmmm before i finish I guess the entire house will be decorated.
My eyes are nodding off,, best I get dressed and go do my chores.
