Beautiful, Ju as always. I must have missed something, but that is okay..
zinnia, i setosa, giant marigold, another giant marigold, zinnia
all from seeds planted in May.
We are supposed to have a week of summer, after being a week from fall and confusing the trees, they will really start shedding now..

I am wondering if any one had this experience. I sowed some Marigold seeds that I save from last year and to my great surprise I ended up with these giant plants

Aztec most call them when that happens , seeds saved from hybrids can be anything .

I have some seeds saved from coin gold , they made a Gothic star bloom

I'm guessing the Marigolds you saved the seeds from had some of the 'Giant' parentage.
