Suzanne's hubby needs eye surgery on Monday in same hospital, has pre op tomorrow
Likely go down with them..a little visit would do me good

As long as you are getting some rest Betty you will be good. Napping is great when we are in distress. It allows the body to catch up with the emotions. Did you have to call your Mom or Aunt Muriel? I'm hoping someone did that for you. What about your sewing/painting ladies? They are a font of prayers for Noah.....

I just spoke to my friend, Marlene, about her mom passing on Monday - she's running on fumes, but she's still going, cuz her only sister & b-in-law are in Hawaii (the whole family is), so Marlene is pretty much doing this on her own. She has the church support of course.

Plumbers were coming tomorrow for washroom installation, rita said if I go to the city she will come over with her computer and work from here

Through your love of people and your giving and caring of others, you have built up a support system of friends that not many can equal. They will rally around you for Noah but they are also sensitive to YOUR needs as well and will make sure you do whatever needs to be done to take care of you. I'm so happy, as a far away friend, that they are there. I was most fortunate to have met so many of them and they are jewels.....

Doctor said they will keep him another day or two, if his vitals are strong will send him to midland so it's easier on family..if not midland then barrie

After all we got on Tuesday we are due for more tonight into tomorrow. Haven't heard how much but it doesn't matter. I'm inside and stay inside. Norm doesn't seem to mind driving in it too much. He has a heavy vehicle and good studded snow tires so he is happy!!! LOL

Sleep and sedated is best for his body to heal right now....and he won't fight the tubes and
that making him better.

The liver is a good organ to repair and regenerate damage, not like some others. He needs
time to heal now.

Is someone taking care of The dogs over at Mels & Gregs? I know so much else going on.

I guess the doc told Greg that they prefer the care to be in home town and closer to family unit, that would indeed be good for Greg and Mel
Be at home and we can all take turns being with him

That will make things so much easier for all of you. Isn't it amazing what they can do today? God bless these doctors and their skill and dedication . Now the nurses will take over and make Noah toe the line!!! Right "M"?

Yeah 2015 got off to a horrible start! It's time for it to be off so we can all recover from our trials and tribulations. I'm so glad Noah is doing so good! We get winter weather here all the time. What's bad is it usually comes in ice form.

I just got notified about your grandson, Betty. I am sick to my stomach hearing what you are going through. My prayers added for Noah, may our Lord be at his side holding his hand.

Almost the end of Jan. As it goes it can take all the extra worries with it. Let's have and early and hopeful spring.

Betty all is sounding so good for Noah. Thanks be for his strong young body. Hopefully this will be a wake up call to him as well. He needs to realize he was spared for a reason. Those other young men and their families are just starting down their long sad path.

Betty, my opinion, I wouldn't go, it will only increase your anxiety and sense of helplessness, especially since you didn't get much sleep.

I say stay home and rest or go to a friends, you will need your strength for when you see him in person, and have to keep yourself together for his sake.
